This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to--I highly recommend it. My family made a mistake, but the staff didn't get angry; the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. read more

I enjoyed this location. Stopped to get breakfast and it was so nice and peaceful. As we are eating the manager came around to each table to make sure everything was good with each customer. Which I have never seen a manager do at any other location that I've been to! Quick and fast service as well! read more

The nastiest McDonald's I've ever been to! The tables were all dirty, floor dirty and the bathrooms were dirty! Not a good feeling to eat in a place like that! The drink machine was especially dirty read more

this is for the McDonalds in Springerville, AZ THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I ordered from the mobile App at 4:21pm at 5:48pm I still have not received my food. I tried contacting the store and no answer. I called customer service and they refused to give me a refund. they also couldn't give me a status of my food. After trying to call the restaurant 4 separate times and after calling customer service x3 I finally got a refund but still no foo. WORST SERVICE EVER. McDonalds PAY their workers min 16$ an hr and for what? for them to stand around and do nothing. geez I wish my job was that easy. bottom line Springerville McDonalds is a waste of time and money. don't bother with McDonalds corporate either because they clearly don't care about their customers either. read more

Customer service here is pretty bad. We came inside the lobby to place our order and were flat-out ignored. Stood by the POS register for a good three minutes; one staff member kept looking at us and turning away. Eventually we gave up and used the touch screen kiosk. Thankfully it wasn't too challenging to figure out how to use it in conjunction with the app on my phone to get today's deal. While we were waiting for our order, they also ignored some poor elderly woman who was not as readily inclined to try the kiosk. When our order was ready, the manager looked confused and asked if we had our drinks, which of course we hadn't received yet because we had to use the kiosk. Sooo yeah. Anyway, the food was decent and we ate nearby on a little public bench and enjoyed the music blasting out of the nearby old-timey ice cream parlor. Got a LOT of weird/nasty looks from people driving by though. Idk, maybe Post, TX is just full of rude people? read more

The Drive-thru is a little slow and like any McDonald's they do sometimes mess up the order But this is one of the cheaper locations I know of and the food is always the same It's in a great spot but just need to fix the drive-thru menu board read more

I am in my 50's and used to enjoy the original Big Mac in my teens, and 20's. But, over the years I have noticed a significant decline in the meat patty and overall size of the burger. It's really too bad you have shrunk the burger, but have substantially increased the prices. Therefore, I have only bought a few Big Macs in 30 plus years because of my disappointment. I have heard so many bad reviews of the decline of your burger sizes. Your competitor Burger King, for the most part, has kept the burger sizes constant. So, me and hundred of thousands of others my age are disappointed in your quality and refused to eat your food anymore! read more

Fast & efficient service. We used the app to order, so we picked up order & sat at a sanitized table with social distancing. The manager on duty was working on orders & waiting on customers right along with his employees. He checked on order & service progress plus monitored dining room too. His leadership skills were modeled to his staff. I was impressed with his managerial skills. read more

I love McDonald's , but this store in particular was a weird experience. One I hadn't had in a long time. I walked in and waited at the cashier for a long time. Workers kept looking my way and talking about todays politics. 10 minutes later no hope , and suddenly a large man that works there (white male with mustache and mid length hair loudly screams at a female employee. Myself and my mom were horrified for that moment . One it was a suprise and two it was scary to be in the same room as that. Also we feared for how the lady was treated. We were in a road trip but we just left. Kept thinking I was on a tv show . That event was so crazy. read more

Should've read reviews. Pull my food out of the bag and hair stuck in the paper so disgusting . No thanks wear hair nets and they make hair bets for beards also. Nasty. Caps don't work when you take them off and on constantly. So gross great way to start the day... go elsewhere read more

On the phone when taking order? Took 15 minutes to get nuggets? No one cared. Ship and go somewhere else

We had been on the road for 5 hours so thought we would stop for a potty break & some nuggets. Both bathrooms were barricaded & was told the staff has too clean the women's. It didn't seem to be of their urgency or priority, so we left. Little towns already suffer & this is an example of why! Young workers just don't care! read more

McDonald's - Why - Fast Food Near Me - Post, Texas

We have frequented this McDonald's for years. going from Amarillo to Abilene. We were impressed when they brought in Port-a-Potties during holidays (Christmas, etc) and then when they expanded. But, we feel they are presently lacking in customer efficiency and have been for a couple of years. This is the one of the most inefficient fast-food places we have been to, excluding regards for Covid. read more

my husband and I went through the drive through, the worker taking our order sounded irritated off the bat . took our order, we pull up to the window, hand over the card and they chose to tell us AT THE WINDOW they're only taking cash. next time say something BEFORE people are ready to pay. it's 2024, most people don't carry cash anymore. not only did we waste our time they wasted theirs. read more

Shitty customer service. VERY rude service. The boy working their was obviously having a very bad day and taking it out on the customers. Terrible food handling practice. And on top of that the boy who "helped" us was not wearing a mask. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN START AGAIN. read more

Stopped by during a road trip and immediately left. The moment I walked in I noticed there were flies everywhere! On the door, ceiling, counters, menu, register...so I can only imagine how many flies were in the kitchen. No one wants to see that many flies where food is prepared. read more

Second yelp review ever. This McDonald's (along with every other McDonald's) deserves 1.5 stars. As a once a 5 yr McDonald's goer I am shocked at how people continue to go there but then again look at the average persons demographics in this country (stupid and poor). No wonder they want America to be great again because it's awful. Just like McDonald's. read more

Kudos to the manager, Mr. Acevedo. Driving through Post -and left my wallet on the counter after ordering a drink. Was well down the road when realized what happened. My wife went back and picked it up a couple of hours later. Everything was intact. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. Breath of fresh air in this upside down world we are living in. read more

A welcoming site in Post Texas while traveling to panhandle of Texas. This location is very busy due to lack of choices in fast food in the area. The set up is not ideal. When you park it's nearly impossible to get out due to long lines at drive thur. The line did move quickly and staff was friendly. The order was correct and was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Overall a good place to stop for a quick break from the road. Honestly think McDonald's should look into expanding this location. It's to congested and would flow better if the drive thur and parking were not in such a small space. read more

I waited on my food for 20 minutes. Many of the employees were standing around doing nothing. One of the employees walked around for 10 minutes with toliet paper in her hand before she ever went to replace it. She was then very rude to a customer that made a comment about the fact. I spoke to the manager, and her only explanation was that they were busy. That is not an excuse, that is bad management! read more

Pathetic. I always try to go to them in a small town due to their clean rest rooms and decent food. Ice cream machine down as usual. Asked for a small cheeseburger and it came out dry and totally devoid of anything and finally, I ordered a Fanta Orange which came only 3/4 full. Tasted like soapy pipe tasting water as if they just cleaned it out and no rinsing. Not expecting this from them. Corporate needs to do a surprise inspection here read more

This restaurant should be closed. Workers were rude, food and drinks were incorrect, and we spotted many health code violations, such as the employees not wearing gloves as they prepared our food. No, no, no. I get to be extra picky on McDonalds because I worked at one for 2 years in HS. We waited in line at drive thru for 12 minutes, which is ridiculous, unless, of course, everyone is getting fresh food. Nope. My chicken nuggets were cold, 3 orders of fries were cold, and our happy meal was wrong. We have to drive Lubbock to Austin today and that certainly wasn't worth the 12 minute delay. read more

Avoid, they cannot get your order right at the drive-through. Food is not being prepared properly either. Contacting corporate for feedback does not result in the manager here getting back to you. read more

It's your run-of-the-mill McDonald's. It has been recently renovated so the interior is clean and fresh but the employees can hardly be bothered to take your order.
