this is for the McDonalds in Springerville, AZ THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I ordered from the mobile App at 4:21pm at 5:48pm I still have not received my food. I tried contacting the store and no answer. I called customer service and they refused to give me a refund. they also couldn't give me a status of my food. After trying to call the restaurant 4 separate times and after calling customer service x3 I finally got a refund but still no foo. WORST SERVICE EVER. Customer service here is pretty bad. We came inside the lobby to place our order and were flat-out ignored. Stood by the POS register for a good three minutes; one staff member kept looking at us and turning away. Eventually we gave up and used the touch screen kiosk. Thankfully it wasn't too challenging to figure out how to use it in conjunction with the app on my phone to get today's deal. While we were waiting for our order, they also ignored some poor elderly woman who was not as readily inclined to try the kiosk. When our order was ready, the manager looked confused and asked if we had our drinks, which of course we hadn't received yet because we had to use the kiosk. Sooo yeah. Anyway, the food was decent and we ate nearby on a little public bench and enjoyed the music blasting out of the nearby old-timey ice cream parlor. I am in my 50's and used to enjoy the original Big Mac in my teens, and 20's. But, over the years I have noticed a significant decline in the meat patty and overall size of the burger. It's really too bad you have shrunk the burger, but have substantially increased the prices. Therefore, I have only bought a few Big Macs in 30 plus years because of my disappointment. I have heard so many bad reviews of the decline of your burger sizes. Your competitor Burger King, for the most part, has kept the burger sizes constant. The manager on duty was working on orders & waiting on customers right along with his employees. He checked on order & service progress plus monitored dining room too. I love McDonald's , but this store in particular was a weird experience. One I hadn't had in a long time. I walked in and waited at the cashier for a long time. Workers kept looking my way and talking about todays politics. 10 minutes later no hope , and suddenly a large man that works there (white male with mustache and mid length hair loudly screams at a female employee. A welcoming site in Post Texas while traveling to panhandle of Texas. This location is very busy due to lack of choices in fast food in the area. The set up is not ideal. When you park it's nearly impossible to get out due to long lines at drive thur. The line did move quickly and staff was friendly. The order was correct and was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Overall a good place to stop for a quick break from the road. Honestly think McDonald's should look into expanding this location. It's to congested and would flow better if the drive thur and parking were not in such a small space. read more

This restaurant should be closed. Workers were rude, food and drinks were incorrect, and we spotted many health code violations, such as the employees not wearing gloves as they prepared our food.
