I sample here my experience with Christine: first contact July-24th. request: half of my sign(which was word "Fix" was burnt plus needed to add hotdog sign below my big sign(picture attached). I talk to her ,texted the picture and my hoddog request, supposed to get respond shortly , no respond till July-31st. August 1st, call the receptionist, she write down my number and request , promise me Chris would call me never called me. Called next day, finnaly got hold of her, she scheduled installer next week coming to fix the burnt sign and meanwhile after few days back and fort she send me artwork for hotdog. Installer came in, He DIDN'T KNOW WHY he was there. HE DIDN'T HAVE MY SIGN HE HAD NOTHING. eventually after like 2 weeks and she keep ignoring or forgetting IDK what was her deal, I drove from Carson to Sparks on Aug-19th, sat there for an hour , got my artwork approved paid half of my bill and she scheduled again for couple weeks to take care of my business, I went to trip came back still nothing happened, for a week, everyday called her and she even coudn't get hold of her driver to get him to my shop. finally I got upset and she responded to me I refund your money right now and I said yes do it and she did the refund, this was Sep-12. Yes almost two months back and fort with the burnt sign and she refund me sounded like she had done nothing, not even printed my burnt sign. I went righ cross the street in Carson, Local sign shop, they repaired my burnt sign in 5 days and put the whole hotdog sign up a weel after, whole job was done in two weeks(second picture). This customer service of this place is pathetic, I would never do business with them again, I…read moreneeded the job done quickly and the initial product looked terrible. They didn't warn me that the image wouldn't show up properly and the quality was about the same as the $40 print job at Office Depot. Luckily half the items were usable, so I spent the next week(they can apparently only respond once a day) trying to convince them that if they just duplicated the half that were acceptable I would be fine. I was offered the next set at half price until I told them I would gladly pay it since I really need the job done, then they sent an estimate with the proof approval and they change it to full price. The first run took 4 days, now I've been told the second run will take nearly twice as long. As soon as they knew I didn't have any other options they took as much money as possible while they dragged their feet.

We didn't know the entire plan, so this was a big surprise and so cool to see it come together. RYG showed up about an hour before it started and perfectly laid out the greeting. Everything was beautifully spaced, colorful, it stood up to the wind and it was even visible from all the way down the road. One thing to note is you don't own the sign and it's a little pricey due to the labor. That said, they do come back and pick it all up for you.
