An hour later, the screen at the gate was blank for the longest time and none of the workers were present. Another hour passes and one lady comes over to tell us that the flight had been cancelled. Then they tell us that they can either get a refund or book another flight with them... but not both. I ended up having to spend over $1000 on tickets from a different airline. Should've just went on a more expensive airline in the first place... I would've actually saved more money!! Long story short: if you wanna travel, you gotta have money. If you don't have money, don't travel by plane.
