That's the main point, but what puts them at such a high rating for me is the consistently excellent customer service! Everyone there is focused on giving the customer the best experience possible for them as an individual. It's really very apparent, and it clearly is an ongoing emphasis. As to eyecare, I can tell my glasses are doing what they should as I age. I'll be 60 this year. Before I went yesterday I was looking at my previous glasses, and I tried them on. I could clearly tell the last two prescriptions were very close, and were the best for my eyes. It's obvious that my eyecare there is working. Couple that with the service they provide, and Bauer and Clausen is just an amazing place!

When you arrive the first time, you get a little tour. And you might think, like I did, oh boy, how much of this is my VSP insurance going to cover? Seems like a lot of overhead. But at the end of the day, what really matters is the care the docs provide. Everyone did a thorough job both using the latest technologies, as well as some good old traditional phoropter. Never felt rushed. The glasses I ordered came in faster than expected as well, and to my surprise the costs were all very reasonable.

After reading the negative review, I felt compelled to share my experience. From what I personally witnessed, the interaction was not as it has been portrayed. The employee was subjected to racist and abusive language, No employee should ever have to tolerate that kind of behavior while simply doing their job. It's disappointing to see someone criticize a business while leaving out their own conduct. Every workplace has a responsibility to provide a safe and respectful environment for both employees and patients, and I don't fault Heights Eyecare for supporting their staff in the face of abusive behavior. I highly recommend Heights Eyecare to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable professionals who truly care about their patients.
