Stopped in here to get binoculars. They were a bit spendy but I'm glad I got a pair, or else I would not have been able to see the grizzly bear that we saw. The guy in there was friendly and explained the difference between the binoculars. I was really ok with the cheaper lightweight pair as I hike a lot in general. They worked great actually! So I'm really glad that they had this store here! Perfect spot for a store like this! read more

We stopped by the shop for help with a spot in our photos. They cleaned and tuned up the camera quickly, doing a better job for a much better price than anywhere in OKC. Then we started to shop... not only were they helpful & knowledgeable with no pressure during the sale but also after! We stopped by nightly to share photos and get advice about using the new equipment. One day we rented a terrific lens for a great price. I wish we could exclusively do business here. Not related specifically to the store, but the owner saved the day. My wife was fishing in a remote location and lost the only key to the truck. No cell service. The owner of this store stopped to help and gave her a ride back to camp. He even helped her unload all the important stuff from the truck and bring it back to camp. People like that are hard to come by so just for that if I'm ever in need of anything camera related I would absolutely support his business. Thank you sir! read more

We stopped in to buy a couple filters. Was completely wow'd by the friendly service and all the help they offered. Had never used a large telephoto lens and they rent them. As well, they offer tour/workshops in Yellowstone. I booked a tour and spent a day in Yellowstone with Harold Klein learning to get more out of my camera. An amazing day with a very talented photographer and teacher. We were in here late last week and thought that they had some truly stunning photography. There is no denying that they are talented. We went in today in hopes of purchasing a camera and waited. The guy at the front could not even be bothered to greet us. He was to worried about making a big sale to even put attention to us. Talking to a customer that is obviously a regular which I can understand, what I can't understand is ignoring the other people in your store totally. The kicker is, we wanted to buy some photography and a camera. We finally ended up walking out. Do check out this store as they have a lot of unique and beautiful items in it. Very helpful and nice folks. We purchased a spotting scope for my wife to nature watch at Yellowstone and we took it out and found that it was not performing as we had hoped. We did more research and took it back the next day and they gladly exchanged it for an upscale model which we paid the difference for. They even assembled the scope for us! I would give 10 stars if I could. I rented a telephoto lens for my camera and had a few questions about my spotting scope. Harold was so knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help me set up my scope so I could use it. The lens I rented worked great and helped me get some awesome photos! read more

What a fabulous experience! I bought a camera and 2 lenses, then went back and bought my husband a camera and lens. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, and I never felt rushed or pressured. They had lots of tips and suggestions on where to go to get some great pictures. I can't say enough about how much I liked this store. They were all very nice and never condescending. I've been treated rudely in other camera shops because I'm a woman. That wasn't the case here. Just walking in and looking at the pictures on the wall was amazing. I'd recommend driving here even if you live an hour or more away. It's well worth the trip! read more
