I came into the store today and I was met by the store manager and he informed me that I needed to…read moreleave my purse with the customer service person, I am a small Asian woman and I have been coming to this store for 8 months without any problems whatsoever, I asked the manager why and he said it was store policy so I complied even though he said he would not be responsible if something was missing and I did not see any signs about purses, I noticed other women in the store carrying their purses and I asked the customer service person about that and they had no information, the manager overhead the conversation and said he had had enough of me today and kicked me out, I don't know what I did wrong, I can only think that he has a problem with Asian women, he said he was not racist but I think otherwise, if you are Asian you might want to think twice about coming into this store

I was forced into paying the distance of my expected trip that I was unable to take due to the circumstances. This is outrageous. Tanya at customer service accused me of swindling this mega corporation out of money. I gave proof of the odometer, which had only been driven 200KM and was forced to pay for 1800KM. Disgraceful.
