I've come across a few good deals here but mostly expect to pay average prices for clothing and apparel. Sizes are extremely limited and I've been lucky to find stuff in my size. Brands are also limited but I've found a lot of stuff you can't get at west 49 or other larger skate and snow shops. Interior of the shop is great, staff are either very helpful and have great customer service or completely ignore you. I've experienced both at this store. Edit: After several phone calls, my wife was finally able to deal with a regional representative (Jessica). She was very helpful and apologetic. She sorted everything and made more than generous recompense for the original negative experience. Although I am still not happy with the way the original representative (Emma) handled things, we are now quite satisfied overall with the outcome, and more than happy with how Jessica went over and above and ultimately resolved the situation. Kudos to her, and I hope the regular staff can learn from her example.
