Originally received horrible customer service. Ranging from promises made with no intentions of keeping them, to outright lies. Told our headboard was on order, 3 weeks later found out it had never BEEN ordered. Guaranteed our "new" table would be in on a given date, table still hasn't shown up, and it turns out the table ordered was a floor model from another store. Told we would "definitely" get a call back from the manager by day end. Not only did they not call, but when we called back the next day, she'd left for vacation.
Edit: After several phone calls, my wife was finally able to deal with a regional representative (Jessica). She was very helpful and apologetic. She sorted everything and made more than generous recompense for the original negative experience. Although I am still not happy with the way the original representative (Emma) handled things, we are now quite satisfied overall with the outcome, and more than happy with how Jessica went over and above and ultimately resolved the situation. Kudos to her, and I hope the regular staff can learn from her example. read more
