Having paid my $300 deposit and completing the forms as requested they then reported that I missed my slot and have not provided an alternative date since. Very shady broker. My advisor was Chuck. Chuck gave me a quote and then guaranteed my pickup on May 7th and car to be delivered May 10th. I asked Chuck if this was guaranteed and he assured me many times there would be no issues. Come to find out Chuck kept pushing the pickup day from Wednesday evening, to Thursday morning, which turned into afternoon, then Friday morning, which turned into Friday afternoon. After the dealership called me and said no transport was there I called the main line and I got the brokers number. The broker told me they didn't even get to the load booked to them until late Thursday (8th) evening. The car was not picked up until Saturday the 10th(which was the original DELIVERY date). Chuck kept lying to me over and over about the pickup and delivery date. He had no true answer on my transportation. I got 0 updates this whole process and I was the one who had to make the call or text to get any information regarding my transportation. The car did not show up until 5/20. 10 days after the guaranteed date Chuck gave me. I understand things happen on the road, but 10 days is unacceptable from the original delivery date. Chuck took my deposit fast and I got no customer service. He then apologized for the inconvenience and said he would refund me my deposit, and here we are more than a week later and the deposit money has not been refunded.
