This company is horrible!!!! I worked for him-he uses several different names so I really don't know what his name is. I worked there for six months. Three and a half months being the beginning of 2024 and as of 3/1/2025 still have not received my W-2 for wages earned during those three and a half months. I have tried several different phone numbers to reach him but all numbers go to a company called Century link. The phone number I have from when I worked there and all numbers I can find online. I also sent a letter to him at the physical address where I worked. The letter has not been returned as undeliverable so I assume he has received it. He is a very scrupulous individual. He lies and threatens people and in my opinion a dishonest person. All I want is my W-2 form. something that is required by law to provide to current AND former employees. read more

Do not use this company. First the good part: The salesman was very professional and convinced me this was a quality vendor, so I signed up. The car was picked up on-time. But once they had my money, it was the last I heard from them. When the car didn't show up on schedule I started calling customer service. I left multiple messages. None were returned. I called sales. They picked up immediately but they were incredibly rude. They told me to call customer service and hung up on me. I tried several times. Email didn't work either. The car was eventually delivered five days later than the salesman said to expect it, no thanks to AAA Anytime. The car arrived in good condition but the delay cost me real money. Also, the salesman lied claiming they are not a broker. The negative review is not just for the late delivery but for the terrible customer service. This company flat out does not care about you moment they have your money. If you hire them and your car arrives on time, good for you. Spoke to a "Tim" and received a "guaranteed rate" including all expenses. When I asked him to put that in the contract he said it was. I told him it was. Car was picked up 4 days late. Driver went to wrong city and state. Tried to extort me for more money. My calls were purposely ignored. Last conversation I had was with the owner who called himself "Peter." He was pure evil, wishing me a horrible death and told me to "f*** my mother in the a*** with a hot skewer." AAA Anytime and I entered into an agreement to pick up my car on 24 Mar 2021 in Placentia, Ca. and to be delivered on 29 Mar 2021 in Virginia Beach, Vi. (DOOR to DOOR service). AAA Anytime picked up the car on 25 Mar 2021a day later then agreed upon but at the agreed location. AAA Anytime delivered the car on 01 Apr 2021 but not at the location specified. Because of the delay and failure to deliver the car at the agreed location I incurred expense of $236.52 to cover the cost of a rental car for two days and UBER expenses to pickup the rental car and to pickup the car at the location the driver ended up dropping the car off at. AAA Anytime refuses to reinburse me for these expenses cause by their failure to meet there contracture obligation. In addition, the customer service representative I talked to, too address the issues hung up on me as we were discussing these issue. In addition, making up excuses for failure to meet there commitment "to door to door service" and deliver schedule. The truck driver who delivered the vechicle stated that there were no weather related or mechanical related issues during the transport of the vechical. Thus no reason for a deliver delay. Therefore it is reasonable for me to request AAA Anytime to reimbursement me for these incurred expenses which occurred due to there failure to meet their contractural commitment. Daniel J. He threatened me and my family saying the most horrible things possible! My car was extremely late to its drop off destination and there is NO communication between the company and the customers! They even took it to the wrong place and then requested more money for their mistake! AAA provided false and misleading information. Fist, they claim to own their own trucks but the driver that showed up to pick up my car was contracted. This company completed ruined my friends Saab's gear box because the driver didn't know how to get the key out of the ignition properly. The driver used extreme force to get the key out and broke the internal mechanisms which caused the car not to be able to do Reverse, 1st gear or 5th gear. The company acknowledges the incident but will not take responsibility. We have tried numerous times to get this resolved in a timely manner but we are continually getting put off. read more
