The 3rd party P&R Oliveira out of Lancaster ma called me and asked for another $500 after they picked up the car and were halfway up. I entered into an agreement with AAA Anytime, Inc. company for the transportation of my vehicle…read morefrom Oceanside, CA to Washington DC within a specified time frame (January 1 - January 2). However, due to the company's failure to fulfill the agreed-upon service, I was compelled to incur additional expenses including fuel, accommodation, and vehicle wear and tear during the unplanned journey. This resulted in financial losses and a breach of the contract that was signed for the transportation service. I made several attempts to communicate with the company from January 1 to 3 to arrange a suitable pick-up time for my vehicle. Despite these efforts, the company failed to retrieve the vehicle as agreed. On January 2, during a conversation with a company representative, I was subjected to unprofessional conduct as the representative resorted to aggression, implying that legal action for a refund was my only recourse. *They stole $1,200 from an active military service member*

If you decide to use this company and your car is damaged, you can forget about this company…read moregetting it repaired for you. I shipped my pickup with color matched tonneau cover on it. The truck arrived with the cover ripped off and the driver made no mention of it until he was asked about it. He then proceeds to say it was ripped off during the trip during a "storm". Stated that he talked with his company and they will take care of it. Still to this day I have been trying to contact a manager from both companies and still no word. Only being told through email that I'm a liar and the insurance company will never take my case. The photos are all the proof that's needed. At Pickup photo (top on), delivery photo (top missing , driver included in the photo) and the most important evidence the driver admitting to the incident. Nothing else to prove! Stay away from this company! Misguided and no true leadership! Good luck speaking to a manager! I expect a response from them that calls me a liar and no insurance will honor my case etc etc. The company that Anytime INC hired did not actually have proper insurance to cover cargo (UNBELIEVABLE). I had to do all of that research myself because anytime never once gave me a call back when I told them I wanted to file a claim. Just want to inform the next upcoming victims. Only got a star out of me because I have spent close to $10k with this company shipping cars over the years (perfect experience) with those transactions. This one stings a little because as a loyal customer whose referred you to many others needed to ship cars, I received this type of treatment as a loyal customer. Never again! The one time they should stand behind their brand and they didn't left a different view on the company. Here's a new slogan for good practices in the future. "ANYTIME " y'all screw up as a company you should do right by your customers ALLTHETIME!
