I've also learned from experience that (sometimes) someone's competition will use these sites to "blast" them if they feel it necessary. Looking at comments below here's what I can say from my numerous jobs with Matt and his crew. I've never had one problem..... I'm a real estate investor and have 6 rental properties. Being a woman, I'm very selective and very picky. I keep my properties looking good and go over and above in an attempt to keep long term tenants. I do all things concrete. Matt knows I ask all kinds of questions "before" starting a job so as to know what to expect. I'll know if it will be noisy, I'll know if I need to cover up my landscaping or anything else, etc. In other words, I take responsibility and ASK all necessary questions so that I know what's coming and can prepare my tenants and my property. We had them complete this. We noticed that they did not have the equipment needed to complete the project. They borrowed our ladder and drill. Less than a week later, we noticed the shed's roof was uneven. After further investigation, we discovered that the roof was not even attached to the shed! We had lost trust with this company, so we hired another company to fix the problem. This other company came, took the shed apart and reinstalled in for $60. We had paid Walmart $195 for installation and then Hawk's Handymen $1300 for removal of some bushes and installation of the concrete slab. There were quite a few mishaps with measurements along the way! The team was nice enough, but not equipped to do the project that they suggested.
