We used Yellow Cab from Midway Airport to Embassy Suites Downtown Friday afternoon and again Monday around noon to return. Driver going from airport to hotel was great. I would not have been comfortable driving in Chicago. Yes-I gripped my seat a couple times when other drivers seemed to be dive bombing into our car to get into our lane. We arrived at the Embassy Suites whole and intact and the cost without tip was about $40 . Our driver had been with the company for over 20 years. The drive back to midway. The following Monday was also in a yellow cab, and with the driver who had more than 15 years experience. I was not as happy with his driving he sped the entire time. And would just honk his horn. Every time he was passing someone to make sure they didn't venture out. I've never had that kind of experience again we did get there in one piece. Cost was the same. Might sound high for a taxi, but frankly to rent a car would've been much more money and to have to drive in that traffic might've caused me to have a stroke !!! This is not a rant. This is an accolade. On Veteran's Day with no school and time on our hands, we decided to implement long discussed plans to identify and visit the shortest street in Chicago. It's McDermott Street. 1400 West and 2900-2940 South. For those of you familiar with Chicago's grid, that should seem easy enough. I imagined it in my mind's eye, mapped it on Google and we set off to see what this curious anomaly would look like. And, we couldn't find it. I'd miscalulated the proper L stop, it seemed. We had what I thought initially was too far to walk with the rain beginning, so we ducked into the Bridgeport Coffee House and called Yellow Cab. The cab arrived on time. It didn't occur to me to look at the cabbie's badge. It didn't occur to me this would be a special cab ride. I don't know his name to thank him. I told him where we wanted to go, and I confessed I was mystified that after years of navigating Chicago with aplomb I could not find this location. He grumbled and stroked his chin. He conceded he'd never heard of McDermott Street in 35 years of cab driving. He offered that this was a neighborhood of angled streets, of which there are so few in Chicago. He insisted the grid fails in this part of town. I hadn't made a mistake; I'd assumed correctly. He said we'd find it. He, too, was now curious. We traversed, hunted, and asked other people if they'd ever heard of McDermott Street. We drove this way and that, and we could not find this elusive byway. We were ready to give up. All of us saddened. But then,.... An idea: "Let me just swing over here and if I can't find it I'll take you to the Orange Line at 31st Street." Fair enough. What else could we do? He swung onto Archer Avenue and headed south. "Hmmmm," he said. "I swear to Christ this sucker should be right here." Nope, it was Grady Court. Short, but obviously not the shortest. And then the cab driver said: "I got it!" He stopped. Happy. Triumphant. "THERE it is," he said, gleefully pointing to the street sign. We looked up. And there it was. I stepped out of O'Hare and went to the taxi line, told the attendant where I was headed to and he pointed me toward this cab. You know, the ushe. I then got into the cab for the most uncomfortable taxi ride of my life. I told the driver where I needed to go, which was my hotel 3 miles away. He proceeded to drive off and then he yelled at the attendant as we passed him. I thought they were joking around at first, but it quickly became clear that this driver was outraged. He was then angry for the duration of the drive, even stating verbatim that he was pissed off because it's a short drive and he has to pay $5 each time to get into the airport. Excuse me? Can you be a little more professional? That is obviously not my problem. I can understand his frustration - a short drive means less money and a smaller tip, but I still needed a ride and he really should not be so rude to a customer who did nothing to provoke that attitude. At one point when we were nearing the hotel, we were at a red light waiting to turn right, and he started honking obnoxiously at the driver of another cab right in front of us. That driver then got out of his car and pointed out that the light was red, and they exchanged some words. Seriously, just what I wanted after a flight... I was disgusted at that point and I sensed my driver turning around to glance at me after that encounter, but I could not even look at him. That 3-mile ride finally ended and we got to my hotel. I gave him a great tip and he immediately got softer and tried to explain himself but I just wanted to get out. As much of an asshole as he was, I'm just going to assume that he reacted so strongly because he has a family to feed and he needs the extra few dollars more than I do. Was taken from downtown to airport hotel. Driver was okay and got me to hotel. Taxi credit card machine wouldn't take my card and I put my cell phone down to use another card, which worked. Left cab and 3 minutes later realized I didn't have my phone and called cab company from my room. Was given the runaround by the first person I talked with who said she would call the driver. She also told me she would forward me to 'lost and found,' which for some stupid reason isn't open on weekends. 30 minutes later called and talked to another person, who kept telling me that the cab driver wouldn't answer his phone and they could do nothing about it. Called back 5 minutes later and talked with the supervisor, who finally got hold of the cab driver 10 minutes later and was told the phone wasn't in the cab. When talking with supervisor was told that since cab drivers are independent and not employees that Yellow Cab not responsible for anything they do. I was texting in the cab and stopped to pay bill, so there was no doubt that the phone was in the cab.If they actually cared about my problem I would only be pissed at myself, but their lack of care and customer support totally upset me to no end and I just might challenge the bill and let them fight my credit card company. read more

Have tried using Yellow Cab twice now and won't ever again. Horrible customer service. Cabs did not show up when ordered. Calls to main line ended in no resolution and nothing but frustration. No time frame for arrival was given, they do not care about customers, period! Pick another company. How these guys stay in business is beyond me. Hit or miss. That's how I would classify this cab company. Instead of waiting outside for a cab, I like to use my Taxi Magic app on my Droid. Cab company of choice since I have been using this for the last year and a half has been Yellow Cab. For the most part, I like the service. They show up within 15-20 minutes of me calling. If it takes longer, it usually means that I have not used my noggin to plan ahead - especially if it's a crazy night like Halloween or something. The only time I have been completely irritated with my driver was yesterday. It was the rare occasion that I was formally dressed for a wedding, complete with high heels. The driver came within 15 minutes of me scheduling one through Taxi Magic. But instead of pulling up to my building, he parked across the street at a gas station and flashed his lights for me to cross the street. WHAT THE...????? I was fuming. I looked at him and pointed down to the sharp edge of my left heel. Not knowing if he understood my Girl Signal (which, by the way, meant, "Are you !@#$ing crazy??? Just look at these heels!!! Get your arse over here!!!), I started walking over to the crosswalk. Suddenly, Super Genius actually moved his car and pulled up to the sidewalk where I was waiting. His excuse was that he couldn't take a left turn on Ashland, blah blah blah. Honestly, I didn't want to hear it. It was hot outside and I was uncomfortable in my grownup attire. And besides, I'M THE CUSTOMER. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to exit that cab. I promptly gave him a bad review via the app, so hopefully someone will educate him on the finer points of customer service. A couple of weeks ago, Chicago was hit by a blizzard. I just happened to have a flight out of Chicago by way of Midway at 7:30AM. I called at 4:30AM to try and get a cab - this shouldn't be too hard considering there are tons of Yellow cabs in downtown and I'm within a couple of miles from downtown right? WRONG. First I was told that they are not taking any reservations due to bad weather - lots of other companies were doing the same so no points off. They asked me to call back 1hr prior to the time that I needed the ride so I followed their suggestion and did so. After a long hold, the operator picked up (now sounding very irritated) and proceeded to tell me to call 30min prior and hung up. 30min prior and called... guess what? They can't find a cab anywhere! What the hell? It's getting dangerously close to my flight time and I have to deal with this BS on top of the weather? I ended up getting City Service Taxi Association who was prompt, courteous and didn't BS me when I wanted a cab. So screw you Yellow Cab. read more

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. I called for a cab at 7:20 PM on a Friday night. Dispatcher says they will call when they get here. No call. It gets to 8PM I call back. Wait on hold for ten minutes, finally get the dispatcher and he says my order was "canceled" because they called and I didn't pick up. No incoming call recorded on my phone, no voicemail, no nothing. I ask him to send a cab immediately. It gets to 8:30PM. I call back and wait another 5 minutes on hold. The person I get is not the same dispatcher I talked to earlier. The new dispatcher says that they're trying to get me a cab and I ask if it's normal to wait 50 minutes for a cab. She claims that all they can do is put the call out and it's up to a cab driver to take it or not. I tell her that there are cabs in my neighborhood ALL OF THE TIME and there's no way it should take 50 minutes to get one. Then she got rude and started yelling at me as if I was trying to order a hot dog at the Weiner's Circle and she was one of the sassy counter workers. I call Flash Taxi as soon as I hang up. Five minutes later I get a text message saying my cab is on its way. 10 minutes later I'm in the cab. The Flash Cab takes me to my destination quickly and by the best route. 40 minutes after I've gotten to the party I was going to (it is now 9:40PM) idiotic Yellow Cab calls and says a cab is on the way. Even if you are facing a life/death situation, NEVER ride with driver #3817. Let me explain: I was attacked on Tuesday morning by 2 men. I ran to a gas station and called 911. The police ended up taking me to a cab (Yellow Cab) and told the driver about my situation. I didn't have my phone or my purse, so the understanding was he would take me to my house and I would call my husband, who was home at the time. After we arrived at my house, I tried calling my husband from the driver's cell phone. The line was busy so I offered to go ring the bell. The cab driver started yelling at me and refused to let me out of the back seat. I explained to him that he was more than welcome to go ring the bell, or even take my wedding band for collateral. He called me a prostitue and said I was trying to rip him off. So there I was, in the back seat with a jammed finger and a black eye from the attack and the driver was screaming at me and holding me hostage. He had the nerve to call the police on ME!!!!!!! After they arrived (which was very soon, thank god), I explained the situation and they held the driver in the back seat of the cop car while my husband came down with cash. This driver should be thrown in jail! I wish I knew a good lawyer to sue the s*** out of the driver and the company. I've never been so insulted in my life. What do you do when your flight from O'Hare departs at 5:40am and you woke up late (at 4:45am) because you slept through your alarm? Why, call Yellow Cab, of course! I made the call at 4:50, explained to Terrance (the dispatcher) how over my life is if I don't make it to the airport in time to check in at 5:10. He had a cab waiting at my door 5 minutes later. My sister and I grab our luggage and run down (no showers, no changing our clothes, but with freshly scrubbed teeth - no bad breath in this cab!). In a panic, I explain our predicament to our cabbie. He looks into the rear view mirror, smiles, and promises, "I'll get you there in time." Bless his heart, he did get us to the airport in time. Granted, he broke every speed limit known to man and almost gave me a heart attack twice, but he did it! We made it to O'Hare on time. Faboosh! Yellow Cab has a client for life. In one of the most stressful mornings I've had in a very long time, Yellow Cab responded quickly, courteously, and with humor. Our cab was spotless. Our cabbie spoke perfect English and stayed off the phone. I only wish I paid attention and got his cab # or name. I swear, I don't care if I'm standing in 50-mile per hour winds with rain soaking me to the core, late for my dream job interview, I will NOT take a Yellow Cab again, even if it's the only one available. **Disclaimer: When I'm pissed, I rant and ramble. This is a rambling review.** :) Every once in a while, I have to take Metra to work in the burbs. And since I'm not a fan of spending a lifetime taking the CTA to downtown or way west to the closest Metra stop (damn hub and spoke system), I rely on taxis to get me there. I've relied on scheduling a Yellow Cab pick up a few times before and never had much luck: they usually showed up before they promised and then got irritated that I wasn't ready. So then I resorted to hailing cabs in order to get to my destination on my time and terms. But there aren't an abundance of cabs where I live now, so I thought I'd give the good ole' folks at Yellow another shot. But before I detail out my MISERABLE experience, I must point out that the purpose of taking a cab is so that I don't spend up to an hour jumping from a bus to a train to another train. The cab takes you from Point A to B in a fast, efficient manner. That's why it's more expensive, and why you tip. I called at 6:30 am and was promised a cab would arrive in 5-20 minutes. It seemed like perfect timing. I then got a call 20 minutes later, saying a cab would arrive in 15 minutes. Not cool. That meant I was going to miss the first train. But I obligingly waited. I even went outside so I could be ready when the 15 minutes were up. No cab. I called, was put on hold for what seemed like hours, and then was told that the cab picked up the wrong party! Seriously, they have my name and address. How do you pick up the WRONG party? Couldn't the driver have asked, 'Are you Amy? No? Then I can't drive you.' Simple, right? So then I was told that I'd be put on priority. Gee, thanks, but it's not really helpful when I expected a cab 20 minutes earlier, and I called 40 minutes ago. Thanks to a lack of sleep and PMS (sure, I can blame it on that), I screamed at the lady loud enough for the entire block to hear. She seemed to take it with stride, telling me she'd call me back when a cab was on its way. Do you think she called me back? NO. Never. There were no apologies. There was just one girl, late for work, searching for a cab. I'm sure this won't stop you from hopping in the first available cab when you need one, but maybe it will help you think twice and take a different one. read more

On Saturday yellow cab number 2243 picked a girlfriend and I up in river north at 230am. We told the driver that we would be making two stops. He made the first stop in the west loop, then I told him the next address (irving park neighborhood) and I was told to get out because it was too far. So at 3am in the morning a single girl was kicked out on the street because a yellow cab driver didn't want to do his job. Luckily there wasn't an alternation, where I could have been mugged or assaulted. I called the company (3128294222) out raged and all I was told was that the drivers can do as they want. I'd like to give this company a ZERO star review for their HORRIBLE customer service. I've ridden their taxis randomly around the city of Chicago, and the service is typical of any other cab company. Cabbies are generally nice and keep to themselves, and cabs are in decent condition. The reason for my 1 star review is for when I tried to make a reservation for a cab to pick us up to go to the airport. There were only going to be two of us, but we needed to request a Taxi Van because we had a lot of luggage that would not fit into a normal sedan sized cab. I called the night before and the agent said that they are unable to make reservations for Taxi Vans, and that they could only make a reservation but not guarantee the type of vehicle that would arrive, although he said it was a 90% chance that it'd be a normal sedan. So he suggested that I just call 1 hour before my pickup time because it would be possible for them to request a van at that time. So, I did. I called 1 hour prior to my pickup time and I was again told that I could not request a van. They said they could only request a van if it was for immediate pickup, and then even if they had requested the van, they CAN'T GUARANTEE A PICK UP TIME! I spoke to the customer service rep at the time as well as the manager on duty and they both said the same things. I explained my situation to them as well as my instructions to call in an hour ahead and still no luck. I spend a good 20 minutes on the phone with these people and they would not budge. I decided to call another cab company in the city. Called Flash Cab, and in less than 2 minutes I had a reservation made with them for a van. All in all, DON'T TRY AND BOOK YELLOW CAB OVER THE PHONE. They CAN'T GUARANTEE AN ARRIVAL TIME, and they WON'T LET YOU REQUEST A SPECIFIC VEHICLE FOR PICKUP. Also, THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that gives you the RUN AROUND on what they say, and yet they WON'T HELP YOU. I have never been so frustrated with a company. I'm to the point where I'll wait to hail another cab company instead of yellow cab. read more

Other companies will tell you in a heart beat they have no cabs and to stop calling them but Yellow works on it 24/7 Don't be mad if you live where you know you rarely see a cab and expect one to fall our the sky in 5 minutes. Don't be mad because you used the online system and placed the information and wonder why they haven't call you. Generally people are stupid and it's the reason why we have to learn everything. You will never talk to a Dispatcher unless there is an issue with the arrival time of the time. You will only talk to a rep. For all you yuppies with your iphones, if you paid $500 for it you can buy insurance and get a tracking app. Stop being a baby. The credit card machines do work, if the driver said it's down just do the manual imprint and be on your way. Yellow, Checker and Blue Diamond are the same company and I've traveled with all three. I don't have a big bone to pick with Yellow Cab - most of the time, they are 100% average. But, I have filed a BBB complaint regarding Yellow Cab's online bookings which is reprehensible. I online-booked a cab the night before one of those delightful Chicago windstorms with -30 windchills, to take me downtown at 9 am. I received two confirmation emails. At 8:40 am I called YC to confirm my cab and find out the cab #. After being put on hold until after 9, I was told the cab "might not be coming" and that they would get me another cab and call. I wait until about 9:20 (already late for work), just decide "screw it "and head into the Arctic to catch a bus. As I'm walking out, I get a text saying "Cab coming in 3 mins" with the taxi name, and the taxi driver's number. I wait outside for 17 minutes. I call Yellow Cab yet AGAIN, am put on hold for several minutes while they try to locate my taxi driver, and then they tell me: "We can't get a hold of him and we don't know where he is." Ummm right. Like he was ever coming in the first place. Waiting to get my BBB complaint back and see if this company does anything about it. I'm just thankful I didn't have anything *important* like a plane to catch while I had to deal with this crappy cab service. read more

My bad. I was told 30 minutes, which is what I figured they would say. ONE HOUR LATER, I called and was told that "The driver didn't feel like making the trip." What the eff? I waited outside until 7:45am when I finally called and he said he was "5 minutes away". I am not sure how it takes 30 minutes to go 1 mile...but because of all of this I am late for my 8am meeting. I'm more of a public transit guy than a cab guy (at least that's what my wallet says), but I've got four cab companies saved in my phone and Yellow Cab is my favorite. The drivers are consistently more friendly, more organized, more willing to take credit cards (for those of you that insist on waving plastic around on everything), and more on time than any other cab service I've dealt with in Chicago. My biggest beef with other taxi companies is when they ask you how to get to some place. Dude, I'm new in town. This is your job, is it not? To know how to get places via the streets? I have yet to have a Yellow Cab driver look at me quizzically when I give an intersection in the city. Other guys...not so much. If you haven't yet, try GoFastCab, which is the text-to-order taxi service. That way you bypass the surly dispatchers (my only complaint of Yellow Cab Chicago). It's pretty sweet, you text the address where you want to be picked up (shortcode 777222), they text you back a confirmation, and the closest cab shows up. I've had better accuracy with this than actually calling, which is weird, but whatever. Plus, seriously. Taxis should be yellow. That's an extra point right there for figuring out how to paint a frickin' car. read more

I'm starting to make a sport out of getting in a Yellow Cab simply because I am looking for something to complain about. I say that ONLY because they have been jerks to me about taking a credit card (see below). Last Thursday I jumped in a cab (the day it was 89 degrees) and the cab driver had all the windows down. I said, "Would you please turn on the A/C?" He grimmaced and said, "Aw, man." I said, "Hey pal, see that $1.00 fuel surcharge on your meter? I prefer to get my dollar's worth of A/C." With that, I muttered my coordinates and he turned on the air. See--was that so difficult? Jerks. I previously wrote a negative review about Yellow Cab about their refusal to take a credit card. How does that saying go...once bitten twice shy? Well, I threw that out the window because part of me was feeling frisky today and I wanted to see if another Yellow Cab driver would give me a hard time about taking a credit card. Well, of course they did. When I handed the driver my credit card he shook his head, mumbled something, and then acted like I had just given him foreign currency that he couldn't exchange. Then he ran my corporate card (remember, it's a perfectly fine credit card) and their system said it was declined. YELLOW CAB LISTEN UP--I am going to report you to the Better Business Bureau. You are trying to skirt credit card surcharges by pretending to decline credit cards in the hopes of receiving cash. You shouldn't be in business. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!You need to call ANYONE BUT Yellow Cab....My son had a very important doctor's appointment and we missed it because of me making the mistake of calling this crappy cab service. I tried calling the (312) 829-4222 number over 20 times(i kid you NOT) after initial order was placed to ask for a status of cab requested and the call would NOT go through at all. I thought it may have been my cell phone causing error, but then I tried calling from my son's cell phone and STILL no hope getting through. I will never again call this so-called company for a cab. p.s, they finally called me back 45 mins after I initially placed the order to say they still did not have a cab available. read more

Worst cab company in the city hands down. Gone are the days of calling Flash Cab and having them give me an accurate estimate now that they do not have drivers in my area. Yellow Cab instead calls to tell you a cab is coming AFTER your driver is there or they tell you an odd number like 11 minutes and then after you calling them back 5 times when no cabs show up for an hour they dispatch another cab and can't tell you exactly when it will be there. I showed him the two bags to put in the trunk and specifically said DON'T SLAM THE BAGS. What does clown do? Slam my bag that I asked him NOT to. I immediately stopped and checked my bag. When he saw all of the camera equipment, his face turned red. I had to check every single piece of equipment to make sure nothing got damaged. When I say don't slam my bags, it's for a reason!! Now I see why the other person in line told me to go on ahead.....they knew!! If it weren't for a bad knee, I'd have taken to train into downtown. Praying I don't have whiplash, either! I no longer feel like a complete crazy person after reading others' experiences. I thought they were playing some sick joke on me because how could they not show up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.?! My Yellow Cab routine goes like this: 1) Call, wait about 20 min for someone to answer 2) Told someone will call you in _ minutes (always grossly understated) with the cab's arrival time 3) Either no call back ever -OR- a call back asking why I wasn't there waiting, my cab has already left (without me receiving a call to tell me when it's coming) -- it sure is a gas when that happens! They also need to invest in new credit card machines as every cab I've tried to use one in has coincidentally had a 'broken' one, how very odd. Only call Yellow Cab if you have a couple hours you'd like to blow before the cab comes to get you. read more

My cab driver from O'Hare refused to get my one piece of luggage out of the trunk after I had tipped him handsomely. He told me, "it's your luggage, you get it out." And, we're supposed to feel bad for cab companies due to increased competition from ride share services. read more

But now when I need to go somewhere and need a cab, I just call 312-TAXICAB. When I call from home, the system recognizes my phone number and I can have a cab dispatched to my home. Looks like I should've checked the reviews here before trying to use Yellow Cab... I scheduled a cab today a few hours in advance via their online system. Everything seemed fine. Then ten minutes before my cab was supposed to arrive, I get a call saying "We still have not located a driver, we'll call you back with an ETA once we've found one." Okay, hello. That's why I booked HOURS IN ADVANCE. But anyway, I stupidly decided to wait it out. About fifteen minutes later, I get a text saying that there's a cab on the way. I wait. Another fifteen minutes later, once I'd stupidly let a bunch of available cabs drive right by me, I get a call saying that they still haven't found a driver. I mention the text message. The dispatcher is just like, "Sorry, that must be from another company." Um, no. It wasn't. I finally told her to just cancel it and hailed a cab on my own, and was late. So I took a cab because I had my cat with me after his visit to the vet. Took a cab ride home and was going to pay with my card. The cab driver told me it was declining and I told him that is not right and to try again. he did and said it still was. I paid in cash, then came home to check my recent transactions on my account and the jack ass did run the card twice! So I got one cab ride and paid three times. I called to complain and there is nobody to complain too. They suck and are dishonest. Don't get in their cabs is all I'm sayin'! Just an update, It took me calling them for several days to get someone to do anything about it. They were rude and everyone just kept saying they did not have the authority to change the charges and that they person who did was not at work that day. Conveniently that person is apparently never at work. it finally did get sorted out, but only because I had to threaten to call the police. I'd also like to add that i keep calling them and telling them what happened and they are not making an attempt to fix the problem. Ok so after reading some funny reviews from some people that think they are the gods gift to the world and seeing on how they think taxis are limo service.. I felt like I had to write something. I take cabs all the time and I've used basically all the companies. So far yellow is the best one So I would think that common sense would say: if you *just* experienced Chicago's number 3 worst storm in history, you will probably not be he only one ordering a cab that morning... Most of Chicago will. Also it doesn't help that the snow reached my hips? And Nicole... If you didn't want to get a callback I think you *probably* should have called and cancel once you got into the other cab. People just like to bitch, I tell you. read more

One star since the driver was really nice. If Yellow Cab was honest with me about the arrival time each time that I called, I could have made other arrangements and caught the bus I was trying to make. Here is how my experience went: 2:08 pm: I am trying to recall which cab company I never use due to similar experiences that have occurred in the past. I fail to do so, and call Yellow Cab. Operator says they'll call me back with a time. 2:12pm: I receive a text saying the cab was dispatched. Still no arrival time. 2:22 pm: Operator calls me and says the cab will arrive in 10 min or less. Great, I think. 2:36 pm: Still no cab. I call and the operator puts me on hold, gets back on the phone and says the cab is 2 minutes away. 2:44 pm: "Two Minutes" is actually 8 minutes- I receive a call from the cab saying he is there. 2:46: "8 minutes" is actually 10 minutes- I finally get in the cab. 3:05: I get to my destination and learn that the bus I needed to catch has departed and now my plans are messed up. Keep in mind, this is a Monday afternoon, not a Friday or Saturday night. It should definitely not take 38 minutes to get a cab!! read more

I travel to and from O'Hare every week. I Uber to ORD but must take a taxi from ORD as Uber cannot legally pick up passengers at the airport. What I've noticed: Yellow Cab: ORD to Evanston = $39 to $48, dirty cars, unpleasant drivers, general absence of the most primal customer service, and a sense of entitlement Uber: Evanston to ORD = $22 to $30, clean cars, friendly drivers, an offer of a bottle of water, a sense of pride and effort to earn business When will the city stop protecting a failing business plan and begin encouraging a customer service centric model? read more
