Imagine...for more than 35 years of driving-not experiencing an automobile accident...and then-suddenly having everything you're doing go from operating in Excellency and NO PAIN...to not being able to see patients...clients or friends...due to immense pain from a motor vehicle accident. This was my life for months. I was introduced to this very special place and my life changed by more ways than I could have imagined. First, Dr. Orel is one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, professional persons I've met in quite some time in this sphere. She has the ability to introduce modalities that are carried out with laser precision. Her listening skills are just amazing. I have the utmost respect for clinicians who use what I call "Emotion Quotient". This is no easy fete...but she delivers every time. Oh...did I mention her astute eye for creating a Care Plan designed specifically for your diagnosis...treatments...prognosis and overall long term effects were carefully crafted. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Orel for her sensitivity in providing care to me. Now, let me tell you about these absolutely Amazing, Smart, Professional, Loving and Skilled staff members who are deployed to carry out your Care Plan. Norma and Tatiana (Tanya) are simply the Best. Both Ladies have a way of creating an atmosphere that is most conducive. They bring a calmness in a storm. I was a patient for quite some time, and upon every scheduled appointment, I was always greeted with a warm smile, little to no waiting and a detailed overview of what that day's implementation would be. I could not have asked for a better organization to have committed my care to...they are a blessing to the medical community. Should you find yourselves in need of care for injuries you have sustained in an MVA, Worker's Comp or even a Slip and Fall...or perhaps an adjustment from stressors...please consider consulting with this clinic. Dr. Orel, Norma and Tatiana are standing ready. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Oh...last thing...please know that my treatments were carried out at the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic...and every treatment consisted of the strict adherence to safety precautions as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. read more

SCAM ALERT! This place is horrible. All equipment is outdated like it was bought at a thrift store. Dr.Orel is never there, only her 2 workers who ain't the most qualified to say the least... they forgot about me when i was getting my shock therapy on two different occasions because they just leave you in the room and go text away on their desk for 10 minutes if they dont fall asleep first... i saw my bill and this lady charges you $60 just to talk to you you honestly get better treatment and massage machines at you local lowest rated gym. Pretty poor place to receive treatment. Dirty space, ancient equipment, poor experience. It's a shop for lawyers to refer clients, no one would choose to get service here. read more

Extremely rude over the phone. Called to get a consultation and the receptionist told me they don't accept my insurance, I never told her who I was insured by so how do you know you don't accept it. After going back and forth with her for about 5 minutes, she tells me they aren't accepting new clients. I do not recommend this place of business. read more

THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST CROOKS EVER !! This so call doctor will not provide you with the treatment you need to get better until you either give her your insurance information so she can find out how much money you have, or until you sign up with her friend aka "the best attorney in The Valley" and even the attorney has a crappy rep since she is well known as a dam crook too! I got into an accident back in July 5, 2019 and I decided to come with this doctor since Robert another dam crook told me she will be taking care of me while the crook attorney will handle my case! My car was a total wreck and somehow the person that hit me his insurance covered the fees from the storage but not my vehicle. When I called Robert he blamed it on the attorney but he would only call me to ask me how much I was going to receive from my case? Never understood this at all! I told the doctor I needed more help since I was in a lot of pain but she closed the doors too telling me that she couldn't do much since my case was almost over and I COULDN'T AFFORD TREATMENT! She said call Robert and he never answered I called my the attorney no answers either until her assistant called and said there wasn't much they could do! Until today Robert calls me to recommend him people which I never will, the "doctor" only had me in her office 15 visits but charged me over $4K when she didn't help me at all! All she cares is about money, whatever I have with my car insurance and making sure I sign up with this crook Robert and that attorney!! BE CAREFUL PEOPLE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR WHO WILL ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU!! read more

I saw Dr. Orel after a drunk driver rear ended my car. I was referred by an attorney I hired. I came to find out later this attorney sends her a lot of business because she always settles cases for him. She may be great for attorneys HOWEVER, she is the WORST, most UNETHICAL doctor I have had the misfortune of meeting. I had an MRI which showed the beginning stages of disc problems. She never even told me that. It took me finding another wonderful chiro, who told me what the MRI showed. Dr. Orel was rarely even in the office. Dr. Orel saw me about 6 times in the span of 3 months to give me adjustments. She had her assistant, who is the receptionist (not trained as a doctor) give me all the other treatments, like heat therapy, etc. After 3 months of going to Dr. Orel, I complained that I was still having shooting pain down my arm. She seemed rushed, didn't really listen to my complaint or offer any advise on how to help. If I could I wouldn't even give her 1 star at all. This doctor saw me as an easy paycheck and didn't care at all that I was in constant pain. DO NOT GO TO DR. OREL * If you are in need of wonderful & ethical chiro, who cares about you getting better go see Dr. Matthew Cobb. He has been amazing at pinpointing what is going on in my neck, relieving the pain and offering streches and giving me exercises to do at home to improve my pain. read more

Dr Orel saw me for three months after my car accident. I had couple issues with my neck and lower back. After series of treatments I feel much better! Great experienced chiropractor, pleasant office environment, staff is professional and very friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Orel to all of my family and friends! read more

This alleged Dr. is a quack and part of an ambulance chaser ring. Unfortunately I was stupid and vulnerable at the time of my car accident to agree to go here! Big MISTAKE! Not one time did the "DR" herself adjust me or ever put her hands on me! She had her completely incompetent staff do the work, which consisted of putting electrodes on me....... nothing else!!! My boyfriend was also a patient. He happens to be diabetic, her incompetent assistant put the electrodes on his legs, she kept asking do you feel it, his response because due to the fact of diabetes he has neuropathy, was no. She continued to make it higher. I might add that I was present and witnessed this. We go home and later that night he has a hole in his leg from the electrode! She tries treating it and of course it becomes infected due to the fact he is diabetic! She had him go see a medical Dr I in Woodland Hills, but asked that he says that it happened in the accident because she had some bad blood with this Dr. . He had a 3rd degree burn, had to have IV antibotics of Vancomycin everyday for 2 weeks and then had to have a home health nurse come everyday to dress it and treat it! Now he is receiving threatening letters from an attorney saying he is lying and to quit contacting her office! She is involved in an ambulance chaser ring! They came to my house and signed me up to go to Attorney Katherine Lipel, another joke and waste of time and then sent us to this QUACK! Please do not be a victim like we were! If I wasn't in shock and so very vulnerable this would of NEVER happened! STAY AWAY from these VULTURES!!!! On top of it all you are a "LIAR"!!! He and/ or I were NEVER kicked out of your office!! Obviously your English isn't very good because to "EXTORT" from someone you are intimidating someone and seeking financial gain! Not at anytime was that EVER presented to you! If I weren't telling the truth I hardly doubt I would go to the lengths of my above review! You should be ashamed of yourself. You know and we know that he did get burned by your electrodes by your assistant. You are a SCAM! And the only thing anyone wants out of this is you to be accountable for your actions and others to be aware of what you are!!!! read more

Dr. Yelena Orel helped me recover after an accident I had during summer of 2012. I visited the office 3 times a week for a period of two months total. I was satisfied with her services and the therapies introduced to me. Dr. Orel helped me get back into my original state and I was able to proceed with my physical activities within weeks. The doctor periodically treated me with adjustments and most of the time her assistant would do the electrical muscle stimulation and provide heat therapy through use of ultrasonic device. I had also found the massage tables to be most useful for my back. Overall the personnel was very nice and the office is always clean and never an issue with parking. Not only did I recover from my injury but also learned a lot about chiropractics in general from their website! Thanks Doctor Orel! read more
