A good samaritan from the hotel came and helped and within 2 mins the door was open. Coughlin's took my $95 (i'm only an 20 year old college student) so i felt i had to tip the good samaritan also a $20 bill. Within a day I questioned how could a business leave my dogs in the car for this long and still be in business. If it wasn't for that guy who opened my door my door still wouldn't be opened. It was annoying but not a big deal until I realized that I can no longer start my car with the remote start because my car is registering a key inside the ignition. When I called them ( a month later cause I hadn't needed to use my remote start ) he told me it's an old car and it was nothing they had done. Yet the beeping started the day he made my key. So moral of the story is you get what you pay for .He would not take responsibility for it. Just told me my cars old. He was fantastic & much cheaper than this other individual.
