After almost an hour we had dealt with the garbage and Matt had his team sweep out our garage, ensuring it was clean. Our neighbour noticed the truck and asked if she could dispose of an old bbq. With a few seconds of negotiation, the bbq was loaded up and gone. Great service, high standard of quality and careful attention to the disposal of old fluorescent tubes.

We moved from a condo into a house and it took 4 hrs 45 minutes with an additional stop to a storage location. It could have been 4 hours total but we got detoured with a free sofa that turned out to be awesome and now sits in our main living room! They require you to have your mattresses in covers/bags and they'll rent them to you for $19/each or you can buy them from Canadian Tire for $10 each. My one piece of advice would be for them to sweep/clean their moving trunk regularly. After they left I kept finding small pieces of broken glass which came in from the bottom of their shoes.

The move from a 3 bedroom house in St. Albert to a 3 story condo in Edmonton, we thought would be a nightmare, but with sweat and smiles they wrestled with our furniture without issue all the way upstairs. We would definately use their services in the future and highly recommend (even for junk removal).! Thank you very much!

Things started out good. They arrived on time and got busy moving things. David even called for…read moreextra help. Then he told me they would have to leave to go do 2 other jobs. Yes without finishing mine. He complained constantly about how much stuff I had. What did he expect with a 2 bedroom + den apartment? I did tell him I'm the furthest from the elevator and yes that took up extra time. He actually said "You'd think she could take the small stuff in her car" to which I replied "My car is already full." He said "Oh you weren't supposed to hear that." I'm paying you to move so stop whining. It's your frickin job. They ran out of shrink wrap and one of the movers asked if he could use mine and they're reimburse me. That later was an issue. David and his crew left around 2pm and said they'd be back later. Hours and hours go by. He finally calls asking if they could do the last of the move tomorrow. I said No I have to be out of my apartment by noon. He was aware of that yet he seemed right PO'd like it was my fault. Said Fine we'll be there in an hour and half and he hung up on me. They finally show up at 11:30pm and David tells me they're not going to put things in the house where they belong. They just dump it in my garage. So now I'm left to find someone else to move my table, chairs, tv stand, arm chair and other large items that they didn't move. His excuse was that he can't be working until 1am. Well dude maybe you should learn to schedule moves better. I was beyond furious. David is a con artist and liar. When I booked the move, he said he used to work for the govt of AB but then the day of the move he said he still works there and he could quit his job and easily make more money. Well he doesn't work for the GOA and hasn't for many months. David is no friend and I suggest you find other movers. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the people he employs were good. I'd give David no stars if I could.

We wanted junk removed from our crawl space under our basement stairs, a low, small space, not easy to get into, as well as our garage. Miquel with his daughter, were organized, polite and efficient. They inquired after each item as to whether it was a keep or a throw out. There was heavy flooring items, paint cans and suitcases, they took it all quickly and vacuumed the crawl space, leaving it empty and clean. The garage was handled in a similar manner, then swept out, leaving it also empty and clean. We were very impressed with there efficient, organized removal of all our junk from our driveway into their truck and trailer flatbed. The whole process took a little over two hours.
