I called Raney & Sons in July, because my A/C unit was blowing hot air instead of cold. They turned…read moreoff my heater (I guess there was a problem with the wiring), replaced a couple of parts, and got my A/C working again. They said to call them back in October because I would need my heater turned back on and it would need some work as well. Well, in early September my A/C started blowing hot air again, and I have been trying to get a hold of them ever since. They have not been answering my calls and they are not returning them. Recently, every time I call them, it goes straight to voicemail, so I can only assume they have blocked my number rather than respond to me. I know that they are busy, and that's not the problem. If you don't have time to do my job, please at least have the courtesy to call me back and let me know. The way they are ghosting me is very unprofessional. I would have given them a five star rating based on their performance back during the summer, but this drops them to a 1. If you can get them to actually answer the phone and come out, they are great. Otherwise, if they decide they aren't going to help you, too bad, so sad. I do not recommend them, and would advise you to go elsewhere if you want a good chance of getting something done.

My mom previously used them to change her gas to an electric furnace. I called yesterday, and they were here this morning. I called other places they wanted anywhere from 100 - 210.00 just to do an assessment and they said that was per hour. I appreciate Quality Heating and Air. Thanks a million.

Brandon and Daniel showed up for both jobs and performed the work in a timely and professional fashion. They did great work. Thanks to everyone at Quality Heating and Air.
