What a lovely business with great food and people who.is also supporting other local businesses. There is an excellent selection of delicious Italian meats, plump sweet berries, fresh veggies, amazing cheese and the list goes on. I love that there is thought put into selection of the products used for the boards, getting the best of local paired with the best of other places. It may be hard to find parking close by but it is well worth it.

This review is based off a free event. I had such a great time talking with Crystal and learning more about her business. And the charcuterie was fabulous, locally sourced and so worth the price. I can't wait to come back here with friends to enjoy a glass of wine and a board!

What a gem! We were enjoying a lovely seaside stay in nearby Blaine/Birch Bay when I stumbled across this shop on Yelp and immediately conjured the perfect afternoon sitting out on the deck, sipping a local wine and enjoying charcuterie. I called and they were happy to prepare a picnic charcuterie with a day's notice, ready for pick up around lunchtime the following day. It was everything we wanted and more! Yeah Baby's storefront was super easy to find in Ferndale (which is lovely and you should totally visit, especially Edaleen Dairy & Creamery), with easy street parking for a quick pick-up. Our order was ready and waiting at the appointed time, and off we went for our beach house picnic. The box is deceptive - it's so small, but once we started unpacking it never seemed to stop. Adorned with fresh flowers, nuts, fresh & juicy fruits, the presentation was almost too gorgeous to eat... almost. The cheeses were a great cross-section of everyone's faves: an aged, ever-so-slightly crumbly cheddar, a semi-soft gouda that was very mild and approachable, and an herby, savory flavored havarti. The charcuterie was equally as delicious - a slightly spicy salami, an olive loaf and a prosciutto, that all accompanied the dijon mustard especially well, and don't even get us started on the pepper jelly! We fought over the last tiny bit. Add some beautiful kiwis, plump blueberries, crisp crackers and a side of the tiniest macarons you've ever seen, and this is a beautifully presented picnic charcuterie. Cheers!

I've been gifted Yeah Baby Boards for the past couple holidays and they never fail to disappoint! The cheeses are very high quality and the flavors all mix together so well. Not only does it taste great, but it's beautiful to look at!

Indulgent lunch in the park! Thanks Yeah Baby Boards, we will definitely be back!

Shame on me for waiting until the last minute to book--but the availability should have been the real warning. The evening began with a fundamental misstep in pacing. The Caesar salad arrived with the main course, collapsing any sense of progression or structure to the meal. We also had to ask for bread--something that, on prior visits, arrived promptly with the wine. This time, the bread appeared only after both salad and entrée were already on the table. The server apologized for the delay, explaining they had to "make more." What arrived, however, was plainly sliced, cold bread--hardly something that required production time. The chicken marsala itself was a study in restraint--mostly empty plate, punctuated by a small, overcooked piece of chicken. Dry and lifeless, it was buried beneath a heavy mushroom gravy and paired with thick, gluey polenta that leaned more toward paste than comfort food. Balance was nowhere to be found. The Caesar salad offered little redemption. Greens that should have been cold and crisp were limp and tepid, while the croutons provided chew instead of crunch. These are foundational details, and when the basics falter, everything else feels off. Poor service compounded the lackluster experience. The staff appeared frantic and inexperienced, creating an atmosphere of disorganization rather than hospitality. Timing was off, attention inconsistent, and the overall rhythm of service never settled. Dining out--especially on a holiday meant for indulgence--should feel intentional. This meal felt rushed, underwhelming, and oddly careless. Between the meager portions, poorly executed dishes, awkward timing, and chaotic service, the evening landed squarely in disappointment.

There is definitely at least one back room, but the main dining room is a bright, airy space that has access to a patio where may even be some live music playing. The tables are gorgeous - all live edge, which might create a bit of an issue if you have short arms and are used to stealing bites across the table, but they are absolutely beautiful and a nice nod to the area. The wine list is extensive and a bit overwhelming, but the service is happy, friendly, and very knowledgeable. In fact, I love when servers don't know, admit it, and find the answer for you - it's humble and shows they really care at getting you what you want. We got the orange wine, which is a new favorite of mine. It's like a rose for reds. Rose:White::Orange:Red. More savory, still light, and best chilled. We had the beet hummus app, which is definitely best eaten with your hands. It's light and delicious. We had the miso black cod, a personal favorite, and the lasagna for dinner and while both were good, the accoutrements with the cod were the true standout. Amazing and I could probably eat two of them. As the restaurant operates on a seasonal menu, we had a strawberry rhubarb cobbler for dessert. I know there is Sunday Brunch, and I can't wait to try it. It's not the cheapest, but it's one of the nicer restaurants in Whatcom, and is definitely worth your pennies. Everything about it makes for a truly nice experience, and we'll definitely be back.
