this is an amazing shop to go to if you are on a budget and you need some help with bouquets! We needed bouquets for a local event on a tight budget and Ashten was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She was so nice and welcoming from the second we stepped in the door and had great communication through the whole process. She helped us get the bouquets looking BEAUTIFUL while working within a very small budget. She even found and confirmed replacements with me when two of the flowers were out of stock and I honestly couldn't even tell the difference! I had a strange experience here in early March, but they had the flowers I wanted (when other places didn't), so I'm giving them three stars instead of two. My husband and I love daffodils because they were blooming in Wales when we went there on our honeymoon. Last year, I tried to find some daffodils for him on our anniversary, and the places I called didn't had any for bouquets. This year, I was determined to find some loose cut daffodils for our anniversary, so I called Kroger and Tipton Hurst with no luck. I remembered this independent florist in downtown Conway, so gave them a call. Indeed, they did have loose cut daffodils, so I told them I'd be in that afternoon to scoop them up. When I walked in, I went to the counter and waited for someone to help me. A woman came to the counter, and I told her I had called about the daffodils. She asked me what I wanted. I said I wanted to make a bouquet of them for my husband. I had the feeling I had to tell her exactly what to do, rather than have her suggest options to me. I am not a florist, and I know little about flowers, so I need someone to suggest things to me. She and her boss (the owner?) spoke in front of me about the price of the daffodils and the filler I bought to go with them in a way that was a little awkward for me. I decided to buy everything they had because the flowers didn't have that much volume, and I wanted it to make an impact. When the woman was settling the bill with me, she told me how daffodils always make her cry because her grandmother had loved them and she had died. I appreciated why she was telling me this, but it also seemed awkward and uncomfortable. What I wanted was to go in and have assistance creating a lovely and happy gift for my husband on our anniversary; what I experienced was my having to stipulate exactly what I wanted while they sorted out the fees in front of me. I think they perhaps aren't used to people actually coming in the shop. I probably won't do so again. read more

My father passed away suddenly and with less than two day notice they created a stunning casket spray. They are affordable and take pride in their work. I highly recommend! read more

I ordered a bouquet for my mom when she was in the hospital. The arrangement was exactly as pictured on the website and it was delivered exactly at the time they said it would be! Having grown up in Conway, I wanted to use a local florist for flowers for my mother. I remembered Ye Old Daisy Shop. My primary request was for fragrance as my mother has lost most of her vision. They were delivered the same day, which would never happen here in Colorado, and my mother was delighted because she can really enjoy them due to the smell. Mom spoke of the size of the arrangement, which seems to be more than generous for the cost. My only other request was for bright contrasting flowers so my mom could enjoy them despite her vision limits, this was also done. They were nice and efficient on the phone and delivered a product above expectations. read more

I always prefer to shop locally (as opposed to going through a national florist service), and when I called the Shoppe early this morning, I spoke to a great employee who assured me that my order would be delivered the same day. I have done business here for years however in the last few years the services has been terrible and when you call the manager all you get is excuses and no solutions. I have placed orders that never made it to the person, and I have placed orders that made it a day late. Some orders don't look like what I picked, it would appear that they sent what they wanted rather than what I ordered. The flowers are small and wrinkled. The prices are high however it's not professional quality. The delivery person looked questionable, it's all very substandard, I don't know what happen but they lack quality. I have decided to take my business else where, I am now doing business with Tipton Hurst this is the type of professional I look for when I make an order and pay big bucks. If I have to spend the money I want the correct product I ordered and I want it to be actually delivered the correct day. read more
