I brought up my concern to another lady in there during checkout and again my concern was ignored so I asked to take a picture of her license number because it is unacceptable that I am paying $30+ for a service while she's choosing to damage my nails to get the job done quick.

When she started to fill my nails she was being extremely sloppy and continued to shove and pull my hands so I asked her to charge me for the work she had done so far and I left. I was very disappointed and hurt by her attitude and the way she treated me considering I had been a long term customer. My three daughters went there yesterday for a pedicure and all had bad experiences. The middle daughter got a tech who didn't speak a single word of English and the nails were not done the way my daughter wanted, she ended up having to change her design choice due to the lack of understanding and the constant having to get what she needed translated to which all the women would talk in their foreign language then laugh and "translate" back to my daughter making her very uncomfortable and leaving her feeling humiliated due to the talking and laughing in their language. In addition to that when the lady lifted the small side table for my daughter to get out she sent my daughters phone flying to the floor (thank goodness for the screen protector and cover). Just so careless and lack of attention. My third daughter woke up today with two bare toenails, no nail polish on them at all although she paid extra for the gel manicure. For the past year I've been going to an individual nail technician and thought if I stuck with her,…read moreshe'd learn my difficult nails and be able to get my nails to the length I want them; but everytime I went, I'd break a nail or my gel builder overlay would lift before I was ready for another fill. Like I said, my nails are difficult; they start to curve inwards when they grow longer, and they also grow outward and upwards on some of my nails. Pretty much the opposite of what you'd want for your nails. It wasn't until I started coming to Jackie that my nails started growing longer, with no chipping, and no lifting. I've been coming to Jackie for about 3 or 4 months and I'm able to go about 3-3.5 weeks in between my fills. Jackie also has given me great advice on how to keep my nails healthy, and I feel that we've built great rapport with how communicative she is with scheduling my nail appointments, her friendly vibe and the chill atmosphere that the other staff gives off in the salon.
