My acrylic project was said to be topped off by the staff with more acrylic-they did not treat bubbles which by the way when I did it, there were no bubbles. The project was also not completely dry. There were sticky spots. When we went to pick it up within the time frame suggested by them, they said they were too busy to get it. Hopefully they can do better with staff training and management because the crafting is fun!

I was interested in a pearl necklace at the center of the store, in the cash register and check out area, but an older gentleman was sitting there, apparently too busy looking at his phone to even acknowledge me so we departed. I really wanted to purchase the pearls so we returned the next day. Fortunately there were two very friendly women working and they were willing to engage with me so I was able to return home with a strand of pearls as a token from my trip. 1.) I am glad I was able to return. Some guests aren't able to do that. 2.) I am glad the "old guy" wasn't working. I wonder how many sales they have lost because he is "too busy". Prices were varied depending on the artists valuation and project. I would like to return next time I am in the area and hopefully have a better experience.

I scheduled for Heather to come and do a painting party with my school age children for our summer…read morecamp. She couldn't have been more accommodating with our schedule. I asked for her to come on a Thursday and Friday morning, with about 15-20 kids per day. She booked us immediately with no fees at all. She charged us $20 per child for an 11X14 canvas. I am very satisfied and impressed with everything, from calling and booking, to choosing the design, to the very end result. The children had a wonderful time and we didn't have to do anything, she came early to set up and cleaned up. The only negative thing I would say about this would be the fact that she did have to change the original days from Thursday and Friday, to Wednesday and Thursday. This at first was an inconvenience to us but we managed to deal with it. Also, it was a challenge for us to get an exact head count the night before. Working with parents who like to wait until the last minute for sign up makes it hard for us to pin an exact number of children. Anyway, it didn't matter. I loved it. The children loved it. The price was very reasonable and Heather was very nice and professional. We will be booking her from now on every summer!
