When I got there and asked for Jenny I was sent in the room with someone else . Jenny then came in and just started massaging never ask what I wanted to be worked on and when I did tell them as they were massaging me they did not do as I asked . Then the other woman came back in and the two of them spoke in Asian over me for several minutes then Jen left the room and the Other Woman did the massage no matter how many times I told her it needed to be deeper and that I needed her to work on my back and my neck she continued to do other things instead such as scratching my head for longer than I have ever had . The massage I received felt more like a massage chair from Brookstone just up and down the back quickly with pressure . I sent Gina a Facebook message at 10:00 ppm, stating that my dad was having serious pain, and that our nurse friend highly recommended that my dad try massage therapy to see if it would help. Although I didn't expect a reply that evening, Gina promptly replied, and after some cursory conversation, promised to check her schedule and message me first thing in the morning to see if she could get my dad in the next day. Gina kept her word, and contacted me before 9am the next day. Even though her schedule was full, she scheduled my dad for an appointment at the end of her day. My dad went to see Gina, who works out of the office of Dr. Pinsky, DO. She spent a lot of time explaining the procedure to him, and once he was comfortable, took him back to work her magic. Gina was the ultimate professional, walking my dad through every step in a manner that made him comfortable (at no time was he laying there naked!). When we got there, one lady was setting us up and the second lady seemed upset that we wanted to keep the massages together instead of wife getting facial first while I start a massage. A third boss lady walked in, strictly told the ladies in their language something and they snapped to attention. The boss lady then said, right this way to your 1.5 hour couples massage. While walking in she talked me into buying an extra hour massage for my feet while they do wife's facial afterwards. I wanted the day to go smooth so I just accepted. I had planned to go shopping during her extra hour. The massages were excellent from both ladies, absolutely nothing to complain about and we were both in heaven afterwards. We go upstairs to start the facial and do my extra hour of massage. The lady (did my second hour) and boss lady (did my wife's facial) BOTH did amazing work and we loved every minute. On the way out, after increasing my spend there from $300 to $405 I tipped each lady $20 cash ($60) which I based as 20% off my original $300 bill (not the extra $105 added on for the hour I was forced into) the main lady says "only $60 for three workers". I gave her another $20! Overall a very great time, just not cool to downplay a 20% tip after dropping $405. The massage was A+, the atmosphere was an A, and the facial was an A+. We will return.
