I hired the valley pet sitters to come for an extra day and came home a day later thinking my cats had at least clean glasses of water and extended my trip. I also left a handwritten note by the glasses of Water saying please do two fresh glasses each time of fridge water. When I got home, there was only two glasses used and both were full of slimy bacteria filled water because they were not cleaned or changed out for over a week. I would not have stayed an extra day if I ever thought for a second the note wouldn't have been read or the notes online that say use two fresh glasses that are in a pile of fresh clean glasses right by the fridge. even if I did not leave the note, why would anyone ever think cats would drink slimy bacteria infested water they would choose toilet water over a dirty bowl of water. You should always change the dry food bowls before we're feeling and the dishes of water rinsing is not even good enough, but everyone that knows Cats knows this. You're a bad caretaker for cats. If you give them water in any dirty dish, that's disgusting and rude.

This is the latest medical recomendation for neutering larger breeds acording to the American Kennel Club: "Research results have shown that early spay or neuter (before the age of 12 months) can impact the incidence of different types of cancer, hip dysplasia, and development of canine cruciate ligament ruptures." I wish this business would take this medical information into account in structuring their requirments for boarding, and make some accommodations for owners who are trying to comply with the best medical advise for their pets.

Immediately after picking up my dog from his grooming appointment, I had to rush him to an emergency veterinary clinic because he was in excruciating pain. He was unable to move his limbs normally and was crying and screaming in pain. Based on his injuries, the veterinarian told me they believed he may have fallen from the grooming table. What made this experience even worse was the grooming salon's response. Instead of being transparent about what happened, they repeatedly denied that anything had occurred and failed to provide an honest explanation. If an accident happened, I needed that information immediately so my veterinarian could properly diagnose and treat my dog. Because I was not given accurate information, the veterinary team had to spend additional time and perform additional examinations to determine what had happened and which part of his body had been injured. That delayed his treatment, prolonged his suffering, and resulted in additional veterinary expenses. Accidents can happen anywhere. What I cannot accept is the apparent lack of honesty and transparency afterward. As a pet owner, you trust a groomer with a member of your family. When something goes wrong, that trust requires immediate disclosure so the animal can receive the appropriate medical care as quickly as possible. I would never trust this business with my dog again, and I strongly encourage other pet owners to consider my experience before bringing their pets here.

I will say they did a great job grooming but their prices are pretty outrageous. I came from Andy's in Sherman oaks that charged $55 for a small dog if you get their packages. No up charge for non scented shampoo. I asked for non scented because I prefer not to put all the scents and chemicals on my pup that make both of us itchy lol but they charge an additional $8 for that. Come to find out they charged $96 for my 12 pound pup. Maybe I'm out of touch but that just seems insane to me. I will say he was done in 2 hours, and he looks great so if it's in your price range I'd recommend the grooming service. But i am looking for a trusted place where I'm happy to bring my pup & I will say the woman working here didn't sell me on this place or their service. I'm not a groomer, give me the options on how to cut my dog's hair since I'm a new customer and don't have a set preference. Sell me as the customer, make me comfortable, say hey it's $8 for natural shampoo but it's great quality. Maybe I'm picky but to paying $100 with tip is just not sustainable when I can pay the same for mobile grooming that comes with convenience.

Like 30 sec drive. I booked the initial meeting and I was in right away! I have THREE DOGS. You pull up and they come out to the car and here is what you receive: - my texts are answered right away - HAPPY, amazing staff. - quick, responsive and my dogs are eager to go into the daycare - the owner was so helpful when we had to switch our hotel again - they always ALWAYS send photos. We even got a cut in frame photo which we keep in our hotel. - the booking is super easy. - and my dogs ZONK out when they get home I WISH I found this place first. I will always utilize this daycare when we come back every six weeks and when we move back permanently. The place just feels and looks fun and attentive to your dogs. PS- during the 5 hour trial, I booked a nail trim bc my daycare is supposed to do it every 5 weeks and we noticed they were long and curled. Val and the staff actually came out and told me they took care of it and how they did so. I usually would forget which is why their nails were so long.
