Llegué a las 10:45 para mi cita de las 11 a.m. Me informaron que la persona anterior llegó tarde y que tendría que esperar. Ofrecen un bar en el salón que sirve comida vegana, la cual resultó ser increíble, probablemente una de las mejores que he probado. Esperé hasta aproximadamente las 11:30 para ser atendida. Fue allí donde comenzó toda la locura. Solicité un color específico, mostré fotos a la dueña. Ella indicó que esos colores eran muy cenizos y sugirió otro que sería más adecuado para mí. Lamentablemente, confié en su sugerencia y obtuve exactamente lo contrario de lo que quería, un color bronce. Creo que aplicaron tóner dos veces ya que las mechas delanteras quedaron doradas, algo que había expresado que no deseaba. Durante el proceso, me lavaron el cabello unas tres veces. En la última ocasión, la estilista me hizo sentar en una posición incómoda para quitar el color sin afectar otras áreas. Posteriormente, un hombre me secó el cabello con el secador y lamentablemente me quemó el cabello. Cuando le mencioné que me estaba quemando, él respondió que no tenía mucha experiencia con ese secador. Posteriormente, informé a una de las chicas sobre la quemadura y ella simplemente respondió: "a veces pasa". En este punto, solo quería que terminara. Sin embargo, lo más sorprendente fue la factura de $495, una cantidad que ni siquiera pago en Texas, incluso en salones de alta gama. Al salir, noté residuos de producto en los bordes de mi cabello y en mis uñas debido a que me agarraba el cabello. Regresé al salón y le expliqué al dueño masculino la situación. Se disculparon, me volvieron a lavar el cabello y me proporcionaron algodón para limpiar el tinte de mis uñas, que lamentablemente quedaron arruinadas. Tambien mojaron mi ropa cuando lavaron el tiente. El dueño no se presentó después de la limpieza. Tenía muchas expectativas con este lugar, pero quedé insatisfecha. A pesar de que la dueña grabó videos de su trabajo, no quedé contenta con el resultado. El color recibido fue el que ella consideró mejor para mí, no lo que le mostré en las fotos. Buscaba un cambio sutil y lamentablemente no lo logré. Para un lugar tan prestigioso como parece ser, no creo que este sea el tipo de servicio al cliente que debería haber recibido. A pesar de ser una persona muy tímida y que no le gusta el conflicto, creo que esta review puede ayudar a futuros clientes.

The salon is spotlessly clean, too. I would go back (may pop in for a manicure before I head home...) and definitely would recommend this salon.
