After seeing the security and cleanliness from the street, I decided to go with it. The owner didn't have availability online but after calling happily opened one for us which ended up being a lot cheaper than I anticipated! The lot is right by Quail (family favorite) and makes it extremely convenient for boating days. The parking spaces are also very big and easy to navigate a big boat.
