From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and checked in right away. Since I completed my paperwork ahead of time, the check-in process was quick and easy. Tracey was my dental Hygienist, and she was outstanding. She took all of my scans, explained everything she was doing, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was efficient, patient, and never made me feel rushed. Dr. Patel carefully reviewed my X-rays and explained a treatment plan to help me achieve healthier gums. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood my options. After discussing everything, I felt confident moving forward with my treatment. Even though it was the end of the day and well past closing time, Tracey continued to care for me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. I truly appreciated that she never made me feel like an inconvenience. She made sure I received the care I needed, and I was even able to schedule my second appointment for the very next day thanks Lauri the manager of Fairless Hill. Casey checked me out at the end of my visit, and the process was just as pleasant and efficient. Overall, I couldn't be happier that I found this office. The entire team made me feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. I look forward to returning and working toward healthier gums and the beautiful smile I've always wanted. This dental office was gracious enough to give us an appointment that same week on a Saturday, which was such a relief. What I thought might be simple cavities turned out to require two root canals. To make matters more stressful, I had forgotten that my son was no longer covered under my insurance -- so he had no insurance at all. Dental work without insurance can be extremely expensive, but the office never treated us any differently. They were kind, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. They helped me complete an application with Cherry, a company that offers payment plans for medical and wellness services. Thank God I was approved, because it truly made all the difference. I was there all day, but the staff made sure I was comfortable, kept me updated on my son's progress, and clearly communicated when he would be finished. There truly are not enough good things I can say about this office. It means so much when people go the extra mile to make sure you're okay during a stressful situation. I'm beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism we received. Highly recommend. Alicia Leroy

This office told my mother the Dr. Mathur is an oral surgeon. This is inaccurate. When we arrived…read moreat the office, I asked about his designation and was told a few times that he does oral surgery. I continued to press and insisted on knowing if he is a licensed oral surgeon or a licensed dentist who happens to do extractions. I was finally told that he is a dentist who used to be an oral surgeon in India. The office needs to clearly represent their personnel. My mother needs all her teeth pulled and was very clear that she preferred the services of an oral surgeon. Dr. Mathur was not respectful of her choice. He lectured her and was clearly annoyed that she wouldn't allow him to perform her procedure. He then proceeded to call me in the room and was very dismissive of my mom. He talked to her like she was stupid and kept addressing me and insisting it would be best to allow his office to do the extractions. Mom and I both made it very clear that what she needed from him were X-rays only. He was very condescending throughout the rest of the appointment. It didn't sit well with either of us that mom was initially led to believe that she was meeting an oral surgeon. We left with the X-rays and she will shop around for a more professional and straightforward dentist to make her dentures. Also, this office does not look clean. It is very run down. This is concerning as hygiene is important especially where medical and dental procedures are concerned.
