The hygienist rescheduled my cleaning so I would not have to wait an extended period after the treatment plan changed. At checkout, the front desk told me the hygienist was not allowed to make that change and that I would be charged a same-day cancellation fee. When I questioned this, I was called argumentative and was refused the opportunity to speak with a manager or someone else in the office. Another patient in the lobby overheard the conversation and made a comment that I had done nothing wrong and the girl treated her similarly. I completed the patient survey and requested a call back to discuss my concerns, but never received a response. I ultimately decided to get a second opinion, and I'm glad I did, as another issue was identified that had not been brought to my attention during my visit. The combination of poor communication, lack of follow-up, and concerns about my overall experience is extremely disappointing. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the patient experience moving forward.

I wrote each dentist a physical letter explaining our awful experience with the front desk. I handed the letters to the hygienist and she promised to hand them directly to the dentists. Its been weeks and I haven't heard back. Now my friend's appointments got cancelled after I warned her about the mismanagement. It's time to post the negative review, unfortunately. They do NOT care. We schedule my family of four regular cleaning appointments 6 months ahead. We get confirmation via email. Then our appointments get cancelled. We prioritize our dental appointments. Every one in my family adjusted their schedule for this. I call the office. Raymond says they called the business day before to confirm and we didn't answer so our appointments were cancelled. I told him there were ZERO missed calls and ask him to provide proof they called. He didn't care. We said we had email and texts. He said ignore all email and texts that confirmed the appointments. He said they don't send email and text anymore and they will call one or two days before the appointments (not set time) and if we do not answer to confirm over the phone the appointments are cancelled because they're tired of no shows. What!!!??? How does this make any sense? We always show up. We confirmed appointments over the email confirmation email but now if you miss a call you lose your spot? We work. We can't just pick up every call but they NEVER called. We are at the six months which makes it tricky to find a new dentist quickly so I ask to reschedule. Raymond says he won't put the kids appointments together everyone must have separate days because they're tired of multiple no shows a day. Again, what do we have to do with this? We never cancelled! We always showed up. I reschedule and when I make it to my appointment I'm waiting in the lobby when I see a lady getting upset at the front desk. She missed a call from the office so now her appointments are cancelled. She shows her phone. No missed calls. They do NOT care! Then I get called up. I get a proposed plan and must pay $200 for X-rays today or I won't get my cleaning. What? Why didn't you mention this prior to my appointment? I called my insurance. I've had my X-rays but they want more. The lady that's at the front desk upset tells me they did the same thing last time to her husband but they charged him $50 not $200 for the exact same thing. I tell her they just lied to me about a phone call to confirm our appointments so they cancelled our appointments too. We never had a missed call either. She walks out upset. I went back for my cleaning but the hygienist told me the dentist won't let her proceed unless I pay for the X-rays. I said they just surprised me with the bill at the front desk after they cancelled all our appointments for no reason. I told her I wrote the dentists and I'd like to inform them in case they're unaware of what's going on. She said she would give the letters to them. I said I can not in agreement with the way the office is running things and how X-rays are keeping me from my 6 month cleaning my insurance pays for. I'm not even sure I'm continuing here so I excused myself and left. Today my friend shows me her texts. Both her kids appointments she confirmed last week are cancelled. She made sure to call and confirm because I warmed her. She calls and surprise Raymond doesn't care. Supposedly it's because their hygienist just quit. But her kids see two different hygienists so that doesn't make sense. This place is going down hill quick. I would blame Raymond but after I wrote the dentists letters, they're aware so they are part of the problem themselves. They do NOT care. Dentists, I'm still hoping you'll reach out to me IF you care at all about what your office is doing. I left you ALL my contact info.
