When I asked not once, but twice when I could expect results I was ACTUALLY told "we have no Dr's to read the xrays and it will he 10-12 business days, we are too short handed." Think about that. They don't have enough radiologists to read the images for over TWO WEEKS!! After filiing two complaints I finally got a call yesterday and was told they'd look into it. The least they could do is offer us the option of going elsewhere. Here I am today after speaking with the facility and still no results. That's a quality of care issue.

I am now being treated for both when I was ignored for several years by many doctors. Most recently, I complained about inflammation and immediately doctor Basra referred me out to an Allergist.
