I've never gone out of my way to ask any questions of the staff or make any requests, they seem friendly enough but certainly not falling all over themselves to be attentive, maybe they figured I wanted some space to browse. Bottle Stop also seems to have a large verity of wines and spirits obviously but those aren't really my thing so I am going to assume their inventory is as well thought out in that department too, at least it looked that way to me.

The name "NewSylum" cleverly bridges "Newtown" with the historical definition of "asylum" meaning a sanctuary or place of refuge. The taproom is housed in a beautifully restored, historic red brick colonial-style building.
