Staff were doing a fantastic job of keeping things in order. Checkout had long lines but was moving pretty quickly. Store had excellent inventory of both men and women products. Christmas collection of hand soaps were delightful. Big fan of their foam hand soaps, men's facial wash and body lotion. We like their tiny hand sanitizers too.

Recently went to this mall and of course had to go in to check out bath &body - lower ground floor. Went around and check out the goodies. the hand soaps are 5/$27 on most displays. There's one table with new hand soap, new like I thought it's a lotion. I didn't see the sign about 5/$27 and i was thinking its new. So unsure, need to ask. I stumbled on a middle aged blonde with ponytail lady with bath and body apron, so I asked her. We're like a few meters away from the table- display. I asked "how much are those hand soaps? " Pointing towards the table. She replied, "which one?" I said, "those new ones" And again, she said with her eyes looking at me from head to foot, " there's a lot of items there, which one? " I'm like, ok. So, i went to the table and said pointing, these ones... She replied to me... "it says there 5/$27" pointing on the corner of that table. - sarcastically talking. OMG, i replied to her, " i didn't see the sign and i don't know that that's why I'm asking." Left her, irritated and angry. I went on to shop and pay my stuff, asked the name of the blonde woman, the cashier said, LAURA is the name of the blonde and she is the manager of that branch. What happened to the customer service of Bath & Body????!!!! *** They used to be warm and very accommodating, friendly, nice there.

I told him that the sign says open and the door was unlocked and he told me "well its closed". You have an option to have them drillout parr of the top candle wick area and use three candle with a small LED light. This option illuminates the whole candle with a nice glow. Although tempting to do, we opted to keep it the way it was made. They packed it in a small box with those styrofoam peanuts so it wouldn't get damaged, which was a nice touch. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Whether people are new to crystals or knowledgeable you should treat them with respect and this employee failed in that department miserably. If you're the owner you should be ashamed.
