One comment I can make about it is that they always have exactly what I need at the right time in a synchronistic way. In other words, this shop is pure magic. Make sure you check it out the next time you are in this part of town. I feel grateful to have a shop like this which is walking from my house. As I am writing this we may possibly in the beginning states of a recession as we are in the midst of a global pandemic in March of 2020. They were very responsive and fulfilled my order very quickly with the most excellent customer service you could imagine via a delivery to my house. They were super friendly and warm, which made the start of everything feel really comfortable. They walked me through the whole process. First I picked out the candle jar I wanted. Then they gave me a paper where I had to write down the scent options I preferred from all the fragrances they had available. After I listed out the ones I liked, they helped me narrow it down to my top three and we combined those into the final fragrance for my candle. It was honestly such a cool process. Balancing all the scents was a little tricky at first because everything smelled good in a different way, but the employee guided me through which ones were stronger or more subtle. Super helpful. By the end I felt like a candle expert... hahaha just kidding, but low-key I kind of did. The only downside was that I had to wait until the next day to pick up my candle because it needed to set overnight. Other than that the whole experience was amazing. After washing your hands, smell their fragrance wall to find about 10 of your favorite scents! After, select the candle jar (different sizes are different prices), and since there were 3 of us, we got to take advantage of the buy 3 get 1 free deal! The scent expert will help you decide which scents would go best in your candle (up to 3), you will decide how much of each essential oil gets put into your wax so you truly decide on how heavy/light each scent is! You know those places that claim to be vintage and then only have super ugly lame vintage no one wants? This place carries loads and loads of really awesome vintage, all in really great condition too! There's a large amount of kitchen accessories. I really fell in love with a white and red polka dot 21 piece "chocolate" set. It's pretty much a tea or coffee set, but the owner explained to me it's from England and they used it for hot chocolate. All I know is I just wanted it in my kitchen, asap! The price was around $120, which shocked me a bit, but I understand...it's vintage...we're not dealing with modern mod at Target! I also thought their selection of living room was amazing. There were two really fabulous pieces worth mentioning. A yellow love seat with white piping in great condition and a wooden den chair with teal cushions that looked very Frank Llyod Wright without the square angles. I was surprised/happy to see some vintage clothing, purses, shoes and jewelry. It was a small selection, but good quality, none the less. There was also the many chotchkies laying around, some cool, like colored vases and others rando's, like weird looking figurines. The owner was incredibly friendly, and showed me around the different sections of the store and explaining different things to me by decade.
