The only negative I need to mention is that I find it very hard to book appointments a lot of the time. I have an unusual and busy schedule so when I have called to see if I can get an appointment within a few days, I'm usually told that there's nothing available. I feel like your faithful and oldest customers should have maybe some priority when scheduling. And the last thing I'd like to mention is that I have never met the manager and when there are no appointments available, I have tried to speak with the manager to see if there's something he or she can do. I have thought of dropping my membership because of the difficulty booking appointments. I would like to reiterate how great Kayla and Jennifer are. The following happened over the span of about THREE HOURS:…read more -Booked facial online with credit card (never again) for later that day, and called to cancel about 1.5 hours later. -Was told I'd be charged 50% for same-day cancellation--even though it would have been impossible to give 24-hour notice (as I only booked 1.5 hours earlier)...and despite telling them that, as NEW customer, I had not noticed the policy when I booked. -They would NOT make an exception -Receptionist, assistant manager, and general manager all refused to make an exception. -Was given a non-functioning phone number for the franchise owner. -Was told the franchise owner would call me. -Charged by Massage Envy for a service I never received, which I both booked and canceled in under two hours. -Have yet to hear from franchise owner three days later. My conclusion: This is not an honest business.

I gave this place a lot of referrals and I bought so many holiday gift cards over the years. I think they must not care any more :(
