Doctor Shah spent 1.5 hours with me on my first office visit, treated me as an individual (not an age), and listened attentively to the pain, suffering, and frustration I was going thru. He reviewed all the medical records I brought with me, and requested a panel of other lab work, along with a couple thyroid tests I never heard of before. Nine months later almost to the day, I am sleeping better, I awake each morning lighter and happier, my hair loss has stopped, I am back at the gym able to workout, and my hoarse voice is gone. I drove in one hours worth of traffic only to find out I was at the wrong location. It took me three months to make the appointment which really pissed me off! I hurried over to the correct location to see the doctor I was assigned too. As for the actual appointment the front desk nurse apologized for the mishap. I was seen by the nurse who was courteous and professional. The doctor I was assigned to was professional and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease as it didn't seem to me he would drag me through a bunch of unnecessary tests like some other specialist. Outside of the mishap I'd recommend this Doctor Yeh.

There was NEVER a time that I didn't feel cared for and important. And I LOVE that EVERYTHING I need to do to fight this disease is ALL IN ONE PLACE! Makes it easier and convenient for the patients. Livia was my first contact and she set the precedent and no one has disappointed or fallen short. My medical oncologist (Dr. Chaudhary) and radiation oncologist (Dr. Gorty) are wonderful and patient doctors taking the time to explain everything to you. My Chemo nurse are AMAZING!! It is truly a work of heart for them . I would definitely recommend this group of oncologist should you ever find yourself or a loved one in need of help to fight this awful disease. This is the only location that offers those within Pomona Valley Medical Center. Which essentially means the radiologist looks at it immediately and provides you with the results right there. It's about as good of experience as you can get when it comes to that exam lol. The security staff, reception, and all the staff are all pleasant and helpful. They offer nice changing rooms and lockers to prep for the exam, and the entire process is usually pretty quick. Personally, I appreciate getting the official results quickly. It is also always followed up with official results from my doctor as well as a letter in the mail.
