Absolutely the worst care. Saw two different doctors. One doctor falsified his visit notes and prescribed female pelvic floor therapy-yes, the paperwork stated that-for a young heterosexual male. The 2nd doctor refused to correct the falsified visit notes or even document that prior notes were incorrect. 2nd doctor ordered ultrasound. Patient was told he had to wait to hear ultrasound results at appointment almost 3 months after ultrasound. Patient called and reported new worse systems with increased pain and was told to wait another 3 weeks for scheduled appointment to discuss. The pending follow up appointment is with a 3rd doctor. No continuity in care, no interest in helping patients, just a patient mill racking up billings. read more

Doctors do not listen to your concerns. My second telehealth appointment I had additional symptoms and concerns. The doctor came on the phone 15 minutes late, told me "You'll be fine the pain should just go away." Did not listen to my additional symptoms, and quikcly said "ok bye" and hung up. Worst healthcare I've EVER experienced. read more

No one answers the phone! I was on hold for 15 minutes before I couldn't take it any more and hung up. I'm trying to make a complaint but no one wants to really help in "patient relations". I'm going to another doctor as this is not the first time this problem has happened to me with them. Customer service once they do decide to answer is the furtherest from professional as they can be. Find another Urologist you can actually make contact with. read more

I called Monday morning to make an appointment. No one was available to schedule the appointment. I had to leave my information. 5 pm. No one has called me back. Apparently, they are too busy to schedule an appointment--even on a same-day basis. I am sure they have important things to do. But I guess I am not one of them. (It's not like they know from my phone number that my problem is not serious....) P.S. 24 hours later. I have still not received a call back to schedule an appointment. P.S. They finally scheduled an appointment. The doctor was nice. They were to notify me about some test results. I never heard from them. When I called, I got the service. I left a message. Would they call me back with the test results? That was eight days ago. Never heard from them. So: nice doctors. Can't answer the phone. Don't get your messages--or incapable of returning a phone call. read more
