After months of job searching, and dozens of resumes sent, I was not happy with my success rate of…read moregetting interviews. I didn't know what was wrong with my resume! Surely it wasn't the experience, I've had great experience. A friend suggested I try working with Kris, a career coach who would be able to help me with my resume. I thought, why not, I must be doing something wrong here. We met at a coffee shop after I had sent her my current resume. In the most polite way, she ripped it apart. She clearly outlined the steps needed to fix my resume, and gave me a quote then and there. I was sold! Even though she admitted to never working on a resume in my profession before (audio production), she was all in. We set up successive phone meetings to talk about my resume.
