The other two responded back via email asking to set up some time to chat on the phone. Being a working mom of three littles, I am all about convenience. I appreciated the fact that he reached out through text to get the convo started. Then we went into his office to meet with Brad. We've never owned a home before so he taught us all the things and really shared in our excitement with us. Over the next couple of days we hit the ground running. He quickly got showings set up. He's all about making sure you don't have to go see a million homes before finding the one. He'll get all the comps and details beforehand so if there are red flags, you can avoid that showing. Once we found the one (only took a week and two showings) he quickly got the offer submitted and really guided us through negotiations too. Everything went so smooth. Couldn't recommend Brad and Rachel enough!

Sierra has helped us purchase 2 properties in OKC over the last year and both have met and exceeded our expectations. In addition to advising on the area (We are pretty unfamiliar with OKC), she was also very helpful as a coach/teacher given that we were first-time-buyers for the initial property. Since those purchases, she continues to updates us with things happening in the area, potential opportunities, and goes above and beyond - even though the deals are done - when issues arise locally. I've since worked with dozens of other agents in different markets and very few rival the personalized, professional, and awesome experience that Sierra provides. I highly recommend her to any buyer in the OKC market.

I enjoyed the property, it had some things that definitely needed the dressing like the carpet. I…read moreasked them when I moved in, multiple times while I lived there to clean the horrifying carpet, it smelled fermented, and they kept putting me off and saying that they would talk to the property owner, now that I've moved out they charge me $150 to clean the carpet that I asked them to clean while I still lived there, so I can't give them a good score. They also said that there are more marks than normal wear and tear and charge $200 for it, I left the apartment in really good condition, very clean, except for the disgusting carpet that they left in there which I had to cover with rugs , and it still smelled. When I moved they tried to raise the rent on everyone in there to fix an issue with the driveway cement that if they had fixed it before it broke it would've cost them a lot less. We were driving over damaging our cars and then they want to charge us to fix it. I moved out as a result of the rate increase and the lack of trust that I had with a company after not getting the carpet cleaned at move in and new charges. Most people moved out after that. I thought I would stay if they cleaned or replaced the carpet because it would seem like it was worth the rate increase. They didn't do that and as I mentioned earlier charged me $150 to do it for someone else. So they did not move within integrity so their score is low. The property was very nice, especially downstairs where there was no carpet. RDS HOMES AND KEVO PROPERTIES was the property manager and Sebastian Square was the property.
