We have had a terrible experience with Two Structures Homes. I could not in good faith recommend them to anyone. The customer service has been poor and now nonexistent, especially the warranty department. We purchased a former model home and have been treated like second class home buyers the entire experience. The builder Dave and rep Scott both emphasized a one year warranty as would be expected with a home from a builder. The home itself has been structurally sound but the two structures homes attention to detail is severely lacking. I would like to provide specific examples for those doing research prior to buying a home. Shortly after moving in one room was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house. When asking for evaluation of this issue we were first told "there wasn't a problem when we owned it". We had to pay for our own heat & air evaluation before Two structures sent out an AC professional. Of course when the AC inspection happened they found a broken damper, which when fixed alleviated the issue. Later we had a leaking window after a hard rain. It was like pulling teeth to get any assistance. Again the response was "it never leaked when we owned it." Finally we obtained an 11 month warranty inspection as is standard in the industry. It has been over two weeks at the time of writing this since I reached out to Two Structures with the inspection report. I'm sharing my personal experience with Two Structures. I'm not here to bash or ask advice. Only to share my experience. I have referred them many times over the years and had pretty good luck with client satisfaction. I understand labor and material shortages. But, I believe your character is built through how you handle problems. During our build we had plenty of problems. Some were resolved. But a lot was not. As the months went by they completely restaffed and slowly quit responding to us. Here is a list of a few issues we had and what were eventually left with. They also tried to force us our of our contract several times. But, we felt we need to close because at that time in 2020 prices were literally going up everyday and we didn't have anywhere to go. They told us they'd do us right and they most certainly did not! * One of our AC units not working for the first four months of living in the home, due to incompetence by their vendor, Hadley Heat and Air. The other unit looks like it was dropped on all 4 corners and they used a compound to put it back together. * Exposed metal of the post tension slab that was installed. * Sod not taking root in approximately a quarter of the yard, and being laid over large rocks * A sick tree being installed in the yard that died after the one-year warranty was over, despite following the recommended watering schedule. Was told they'd replace if it didn't make it. That's never happened * Poor trim work * The driveway started cracking before we moved in, despite being promised that it would be replaced in its entirety, they only replaced part of it. It doesn't match and we are seeing new cracks form. (I understand the nature of concrete. But, even they acknowledged it should be redone.) They save money by not installing rebar in the concrete. * Poor quality paint, was told we would get it corrected, moved all of our furniture our for them to send one guy with a paint brush and no paint. One bedroom door never got painted * The fireplace that was built incorrectly according to our plans. * We were blamed for every mistake they made and had to fight them to try and make it right. * Fireplace has never worked right. We've had someone out 3 times and now we are past our year warranty and they won't come back read more

My family and I moved to Oklahoma from out of state and bought this house sight unseen. This was one of MANY mistakes that we made using Two Structures. This builder is an utter disgrace. They had us sign off on the walk-through without even having the home complete (pics to follow) We had to stay in 2 separate hotels until the house was semi complete. They did pay for the hotel so they feel that they are goldly. What a joke, because when we moved in, the house was still not complete. There workmanship is absolutely disgusting and it looks like a 5 year old did the interior painting amongst other finishes. They are all so unprofessional (I have texts and telephone recordings) and when asked to please fix their unruly mistakes, they send some yahoos who completely make things worse... Mind you, it took months to even get them to come back. They still have yet to complete things promised on our list of mistakes. There excuse is... it's "BUILDERS STANDARDS" when I asked them.... what about workmanship? Don't you care how this looks for your company? Our whole life's savings went into this house!! They responded with.... Well, it not like it's a million dollar home! Absolutely SHAMEFUL!!!! They are even trying to sue us now for add-ons that were supposed to be wrapped up in the price of the home that were not added on when we closed on the house signing day (we have the paperwork and several texts exchanged) Sarah was there at the time of closing and did not disclose that they were not in the total price (This is there responsibility) we wrote the check for the purchase price that was asked of us. They are deceitful, rude, hateful, unruly excuse for human beings. This has been the worst experience of our lives. So bad infact, that we turned around and tried to sell the home 1 month after moving in (we have the listing from the real estate agent) so we did not have to deal with these people any longer. Very much like going to a car lot and dealing with a salesman. They claim to offer services that they'll buy the lot you want to build on, build your home, take care of the financing, etc. They only have Sales Reps that can't explain the charges on the contract. 40,000 dollars worth of charges. When we started to question things they simply stated they didn't want to build the house for us. This after 2 weeks of dragging their feet and misleading us. Janine came to the rescue. I had a few issues that came up with the build-workmanship, but after speaking and working with her, she really came through for me. I'm a first time home-buyer and Janine really took her time to walk me through and explain a few processes. She also went out of her way to create a plan to resolve the issues that had come up.
