    Concrete splatter

I'm sharing my personal experience with Two Structures. I'm not here to bash or ask advice. Only to share my experience. I have referred them many times over the years and had pretty good luck with client satisfaction. I understand labor and material shortages. But, I believe your character is built through how you handle problems. During our build we had plenty of problems. Some were resolved. But a lot was not. As the months went by they completely restaffed and slowly quit responding to us. Here is a list of a few issues we had and what were eventually left with. They also tried to force us our of our contract several times. But, we felt we need to close because at that time in 2020 prices were literally going up everyday and we didn't have anywhere to go. They told us they'd do us right and they most certainly did not! * One of our AC units not working for the first four months of living in the home, due to incompetence by their vendor, Hadley Heat and Air. The other unit looks like it was dropped on all 4 corners and they used a compound to put it back together. * Exposed metal of the post tension slab that was installed. * Sod not taking root in approximately a quarter of the yard, and being laid over large rocks * A sick tree being installed in the yard that died after the one-year warranty was over, despite following the recommended watering schedule. Was told they'd replace if it didn't make it. That's never happened * Poor trim work * The driveway started cracking before we moved in, despite being promised that it would be replaced in its entirety, they only replaced part of it. It doesn't match and we are seeing new cracks form. (I understand the nature of concrete. But, even they acknowledged it should be redone.) They save money by not installing rebar in the concrete. * Poor quality paint, was told we would get it corrected, moved all of our furniture our for them to send one guy with a paint brush and no paint. One bedroom door never got painted * The fireplace that was built incorrectly according to our plans. * We were blamed for every mistake they made and had to fight them to try and make it right. * Fireplace has never worked right. We've had someone out 3 times and now we are past our year warranty and they won't come back

I'm typically disappointed any time I eat octopus in the US, but Riserva knows what they're doing! We also ordered the braised short rib Hummus, and it's the best I've ever had. My boyfriend HATES hummus but he loved it, and the mussels that he ordered, that he asked if we could cancel his birthday reservations at a different restaurant(5 days later). So our SECOND trip in the same week, we ordered the Hummus again, then he ordered the braised short rib and I ordered the Diver Sea Scallops. everything was equally as amazing as our first experience. SO happy we came across this cute little place! Also realizing I forgot to take a picture of the scallops. It was 3 huge scallops on a bed of risotto! FABULOUS!

Despite the busy atmosphere, she managed to fulfill our needs after getting approval from manager Alec. Our server, Miguel, was a young, energetic, and polite young man who took great care of us during dinner. Our first experience at this place was truly delightful and stood out from our visit to another place. Pairing a great Spanish wine with the succulent, highly-recommended Short Rib Hummus and fresh house pita is a match made in heaven. A Turmeric Chicken Kebab - Steak Shawarma - of robust flavors that will leave you wanting more. Not to mention the incredible flavor explosion from the Cardamom Date Cake - perfectly paired with an excellent espresso coffee! The visit from Alec, our manager, was a wonderful surprise, and the visiting team was extremely grateful. We've found a new spot where we're always welcome to enjoy great food with our new friends. At the end of the day, it's not about the food or the ambiance - it's about the friendships you form, including with the customers. Five stars, well and truly deserved It's clear that this is a major comeback. for unforgettable

Dinner for two won't break the bank, so when we don't want to spend a lot, but still want yummy food, usually we head to Spark. I haven't had a dud here yet. My latest favorites are the Smashie with an order of queso fries for sharing. Get additional dipping sauces for the queso fries-their ranch, Spark sauce, mustard, and ketchup are excellent additions-yes, all of them, it's a whole sheet pan of fries. For my dining partner who's less enthusiastic about burgers, Spark knocks it out of the park here too. The Park Power Bowl or a Burger Bowl are delicious-both in the rotation. For me, they are very flavorful-consistently tasty, but lack that yummy potato burger bun, I guess that's the point of the bowl. Team Spark is great, they always greet us and wish us well when leaving which makes us want to come back. I can't count how many times we visited here in 2025--too many to count. I don't really do too much chain fast food, so for a fast casual affordable restaurant burger, Spark Chisholm Creek is my go-to spot. I'm sure it won't be too long before I have my first 2026 Spark burger and I'm excited. January 2026

They had a solid happy hour menu with plenty of food options and classic cocktails for $7.95. My favorite appetizer we had was the prime rib sliders, they were SO yummy. The French fries we had seemed fresh cut and I usually don't like thick cut French fries but these were spectacular especially with the garlic and Parmesan pairing. Our server was very attentive! We also ordered some drinks and I had a mocktail - the mint condition! WOW, loved the pairing of lime, passion fruit and mint. We ended our meal with the 5 layer lemon cake and it was also delicious. Firebirds definitely won me back with this happy hour, I will for sure be back to indulge with a friend!

We had a family member with us with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the wind caught the big rugs at the doors and we were very worried he'd fall. We were able to get him over the rugs. We appreciate the help with the door, but also would have appreciated some help with those rugs. I understand it's a tricky situation to know when to help and when it might be a liability to help, but in this case, just reaching down and holding the rug flat or putting a foot on the mat would have helped immensely. Once we got inside and took a breather after the fright, the host was very patient with us regarding seating and let us sit toward the front for ease. There were 5 of us in the party and we each ordered kind of differently, but two of us had the 3 course meals with steaks. We both ordered medium, but the steaks came out very different. Mine was quite overcooked. I could tell immediately and probably should have sent it back, but didn't want to make the dining experience awkward since we were in a group. The steak had a thick bark on it and was even hard to cut through. There wasn't much taste besides the grill taste. We usually love their mashed potatoes and they seemed pretty thin and just not as flavorful as we're used to. At the end, I talked the group into getting a piece of Big Daddy cake, I'd had before at another location and raved about how wonderful it was. It was not wonderful. It was very dry and between 5 of us picking at it, we still didn't finish it. We appreciate having a good server and friendly staff, but the meal itself was disappointing. Since I've never been to this location before I'm not sure if it was just bad timing.
