I've been going to Yael for almost years 6 years now. I reached out to her due to a chronic pain in my shoulder I had developed over time due to some injuries. I live about 40mins away, and that does not stop me from coming to see here and work on my fitness. I had been to the doctors, chiropractors, and other trainers before finding her. None of them were able to help long term. Due to her abilities being a corrective specialist she was quickly able identify my inflamed shoulder muscles and provide exercises and stretches to help, but she also has been able to help correct other issues I was starting to create due to improper form and over working specific muscle groups. Because of working with her my shoulder injury has become extremely better, my workout are better than ever, and I have more knowledge and tools she taught me in order to help remedy and heal my body through proper form and training. I can't recommend her enough. My health and workouts have become so much better since working with her. 10/10 read more
