I was dumbfounded and asked why he was treating me so rudely. He said that he didn't have to treat me with respect; that it was his prerogative. I will tell everyone that I know for years to come about my bad experience at Mattress Firm in Goleta. There are too many other stores out there with happy employees just waiting to help. And, free local delivery (even to downtown Santa Barbara)! She got me a fair deal on a new dresser and the custom order process was quick with a reasonable deposit required.
