WATCH your orders with these folks, they don't seem to give a darn. Between the twisted unusable lumber, the wrong materials, and the price gouging (can't tell me a $40 roll of insulation costs $225,) it's worth the drive to Corvallis to purchase materials. See photo: the bug holes aren't through just one ply, this wood was bug-eaten after manufacturing; the holes go through. This is $90 going to the burn pile.

However, they trip all over themselves to help when a pretty woman walks in. Otherwise, they'd all rather hide in the offices drinking coffee and cursing until you're ready to pay. Whenever I see Billy, Isaac or his Dad, Joshua, I get the best help to get things finished. They cut for me, guide me with important construction tips and do the power tool stuff I'm too scared to. Got a second warning on my recycle barrel cause glass was found (did the garbage guy rummage…read morethrough the barrel...creepy!) and third warring they take my can..... Just mind boggling! So, probably going to just through everything in the garbage and not recycle! I hate that! Very disappointed! Hate to use a modern day term, "it makes me feel" like I'm doing something very wrong! I have a home in OC, the garbage service is awesome! I pay them money and they take my garbage, debris and recycling away every week.... For the last 10+ years zero warnings, zero issues! Just another today thing, paying premium price for low service! The people do not have time for this, that's why money is involved!

Some people are nice, some people are not so nice but these guys are the best of Lincoln city for sure! I enjoyed coming here so much that I actually miss it once we got recycling back at the place where I live. They took recycling away for a while because people were not doing it correctly but I investigated some and spoke with this sanitation place and luckily the board where I live worked on getting our recycling back along with our trash removal. This facility is very helpful and people should know that. They recycle batteries and old electronics including things like old heaters and old computers. But imagine being able to go there and recycle your old batteries, phone chargers and all kinds of phone and electronic items. This is very helpful especially in a small town where there is very little access to anything. I am very grateful that this business is here and would highly recommend it to everyone. Everyone should be recycling anyway there's no excuse being lazy and not recycling is criminal these days we must be recycling and protecting the future for children
