I was running late, but they kindly rescheduled my haircut last minute and pushed it by 30 minutes, which I appreciated. Logan, who cut my hair, was really kind and efficient, and I could tell that he was really taking the time to make sure my hair came out the way I wanted. She checked in with me the night before as the day of my appointment the weather was potentially going to be bad and she wanted to make sure I was comfortable being out in weather.
