However, my most recent visits have been deeply disappointing due to interactions with two employees, Julie and Komona. Over the past three weeks, I visited the dealership twice and encountered significant difficulties dealing with Julie and Komona. Despite my strong credit history and proven track record as a customer, I was misinformed and treated unfairly. Julie incorrectly told me that my FICO score was significantly lower than it actually is--something I know firsthand, as I have been working diligently for two years to improve it. She also stated that I would need a cosigner, which turned out to be false. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to another location of the same brand. Within an hour and a half, I was approved for the exact same vehicle--without a cosigner and with a better interest rate. That vehicle is now being allocated to me, and I'll be picking it up in the next 10 days. What disappoints me most is that I've been a loyal customer, and I've even helped this dealership with sponsorship opportunities in the past. I expected honesty, transparency, and a level of respect that simply wasn't given during my last two visits. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I will not be returning to this location, nor will I refer others here as I have in the past. I'll be sending them to the Eldorado location instead, where I was treated fairly and professionally. The owner said they would look at it but it would be a little while. I don't think I waited 20 minutes.
