She is real and honest when it comes to making sure the lashes you want will suit your face. Talking with Maribel during my 2hr service went by so quick, I didn't feel like I was pulling teeth and I wish we could have talked more! After we were finished, she educated me on aftercare and how to really take care of my new beautiful lashes. Maribel...you have a customer for life! Thank you so much again! Chelsea was very nice and walked me through the procedure. She explained the rules of not getting my lashes wet for 48 hours. When it was initially completed, it looked ok, although one eye's lashes were way higher than the other. Chelsea explained it would even out and that she guarantees her work 100%. She said she would follow up with me. After 2-3 days my lashes were straight again. I texted Chelsea the following week to let her know. She said that this has never happened before and I must have gotten them wet. I let her know I was very careful and only used make up wipes to clean my face and not get my lashes wet. I work from home so I had no need to apply makeup. She said that she would redo them. When I went in to have them redone, she wasn't as nice as the first time. Barely said 2 words to me. Again, I went home and followed the after care instructions. Again, my lashes straightened out within a few days. I texted Chelsea to let her know and also sent pictures. She was very rude and blamed me for them straightening out. She said that I am not a good candidate for it since my eyelids are oily! Ummm there was never any discussion about being a 'candidate' for this. Yet she claimed it was my fault for having oily eyelids and the procedure was fine. Ughhh really, so unprofessional!! She also said that she will not refund me and she already did them a second time so that's that. I explained the product was still not what was advertised. It doesn't make sense that doing them a second time was enough even though they still didn't come out as advertised. It was $180, I expect results! It's like being issued a broken item and you return it and it's replaced with another broken item. It's still broken! Issuing two broken items doesn't make it right. Since she wouldn't provide a refund, I contacted the Ricadonna salon. I explained what happened. The receptionist said she would call back and she never did. I called again and they said no, they will not guarantee services at their salon. This was very disappointing considering I have been going there for years for my hair without any problems. It's not worth it!! $180 down the drain with terrible customer service!!! Beware, it is not guaranteed.

I reached out to Jen looking for a stylist to do a full or partial highlight and trim. I had pictures of my self with a full highlight to show what color I wanted. Jen suggest Amanda who does her hair and so I reached out to her. Amanda was very courteous and understanding during the whole conversation. Switching hair stylists is nerve wracking and the prices have gone up so I was hesitant but Amanda was understandable and gave me a very reasonable price so I decided to go with her, plus she has years of experience. The place is so cute and welcoming. Amanda is so sweet and did amazing work. She took my blonde from drab to fab! We had such a heart felt conversation and I'm forever grateful our paths crossed. She did an amazing job on my hair which I'm very picky about so I was really impressed how well she did the job and handled my jabber LOL I just recommended my friend to her and I should have done this review back in October when I got my hair done (sorry girls) Amanda did exactly what I asked for and that just shows how good of a stylist she is because the part couple I've been too don't quite get the assignment...She also took pictures of my hair after and that was a first for me! Something I always wanted a stylist to do but they never asked and little things like this really make customers feel special. So thank you so much for doing an amazing job and being an amazing stylist! I will definitely be back as soon as I can and will forever recommend my SoCal peeps here for beauty needs and Amanda for hair

I stumbled across Belle Fleur Aesthetics on Yelp and based on their Yelp reviews, I had the opportunity to meet Amanda! And kept coming back for her services!! I noticed that my first few visits with her trying to find the shape/size that works best. She is flexible with her schedule when we are running late and I have accommodated flexibilities as well. I know I have been late to appointments. When she has a cancellation or finishes earlier than expected, she will let the next client know in case we can come earlier. It's a give and take that has worked out very well for me. If you're looking for a lash tech/artist in the Murrieta area, I highly recommend Amanda! Her price is very reasonable!! I think it should be higher so I tip in that manner, and she will only raise the prices when product expenses go up. She is located just off of Jefferson in a business complex.
