This is a review for Platinum's mobile auto detailing…read more It was easy to schedule, and reschedule when a conflict came up. I did it all online. Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior.

When they show up, they do a great job. However, this is now the fourth time I've been scheduled,…read moregotten email and text confirmation, then they never show up. They don't answer the phone. They blame a glitch in the scheduling software, but don't fix it. I'm bummed, everyone deserves a second chance, but it's not worth the hassle if a company can't show up as promised. Update: Adrian reached out and promised to make it right. They have assured me the new online scheduling platform is working properly and they came to my house and cleaned the car free of charge. They do fantastic work, so going the extra mile for customer service means a lot.

I wanted to have my husband's 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee detailed for Fatrher's Day. We have had…read moreautomotive services at E&N in the past, and I remembered that they also do auto detailing. The problem they were going to have to deal with is that we had a wonderful pitbull who we used to take everywhere with us, before we lost her at the beginning of the year. Her tiny hairs were EVERYWHERE in the carpet, and VERY hard to get out - trust me, I tried! They charged slightly more due to the amount of dog hair, which was completely fair, so I said go for it. They said it would look as good as new, but of course I thought that was a lofty goal... Oh my gosh, we were SHOCKED at how amazing it looks! The carpet looks as good as when it was new (maybe better)! I would never have believed this was possible, but we could not be more pleased! They worked on it for over 8 hours! The price was more than fair, and to say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement! If you want your car to look its absolute best, we could not recommend E&N more enthusiastically!

Twice I have been back with issues that I was not certain were related to the prior repair work and both times it was fixed, NO CHARGE, as it was covered by the repair warranty. The interior was already in very good condition--it mainly needed a thorough vacuuming, the seats wiped down, and the dash, doors, and trim cleaned. I was in a hurry afterward, so I paid, left a generous tip, and drove away. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed dust and grime still all over the dashboard, door panels, and interior trim. When I got home, I ended up redoing the entire inside myself because so much had been missed. This was the second chance I've given them, and unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. Lesson learned. If you want the job done right, you'll probably have to stand there and constantly check what they're missing. I won't be using their detailing service again.
