Also on the bid to install a new custom cut rubber over my rear roof of 44 feet that I already had the rubber on site. Mean time I had a leak in my garage called him back for a bid where he gave that was to use roofing tape in 9in. Hired him to do this first. Paid the upfront material that were well over the true cost. Fast forward he comes over and cuts my 44ft rubber and uses it on the garage!!! I called him when I came home, and he said his mistake he'll replace it and use the rest on other jobs and apologized. I told him could have use on Lehman and he can bid that job for the cut rubber after he competed the 2nd job. Well after paying him he avoids all my calls and text on the used matarial. He also has encrypted text on his phone, so I didn't make a copy of the insurance he has. Anyone that has that can you please text me.(my number is in images) In addition to all of this the garage leaks still, and I now can't even make a claim on his insurance. As he took away the pics that he encrypted. Never seen this done before on a phone. What a con man. I also looked over his reviews, This con man Edward Fisher gave him self a 5 star review, No telling how many are his worker or family members. Now some of the windows are SO crystal clear that I feel like they're not even there! We've never had our windows professionally cleaned before, but the price felt reasonable for the size of the house. Also, there was a slight mix-up about the scheduling, but they worked us in quickly, so there was no issue. With my first cleaning, I was sent an invoice and agreed on the amount. I was happy after the first service so I scheduled a second service. With the second one, the owner never sent me a new invoice or mentioned any price adjustments so I just had assumed it would be the same price as the first amount we agreed to. After he completed the second service, he requested payment that was $43 more than we agreed and said there was a discount I no longer get. I don't appreciate not being notified of a price increase and I think this is a sheisty way of doing business and taking advantage of customers. Take this as a warning that they will raise your agreed upon price and not notify you until after they have already completed services.

We looked at several companies and products and decided that this company provided the best product. The gutter protector was the best design we saw and was very well made. This was important because we recently had birds building nests IN THE GUTTERS, which caused the downspout to clog and overflow. Apparently, this area has been invaded by a species that nest in gutters and vents causing a lot of damage. The new system is larger made of better quality than the original material. We are confident that all of the issues have been solved.
