There was not a phone call requesting permission to add $500 worth of work. Project was completed and we had little options if we wanted to collect our car. Talking about having us over the barrel. Adding $500 of non-permission work is very sketchy. The job with these guys actually cost more than the other quotes we received. Be weary of a low bid here and concerned your project will cost more even without permission to proceed.

With what I was able to save, I also had them put in new airbags, braking system for my car, fix my entertainment system and upgrade my climate control thermostat. They able to schedule me quickly and saved me a bunch. I was able to talk directly with the mechanics, who were knowledgeable about Foretravels (previous employees) and generous with advise and information.
