The one we saw on the front lot was the model we wanted. We were told by Billy that he had the exact same one in the back that he could get ready for us quickly, since we were on a time crunch. He said he would sell it to us for $500 over invoice because they pride themselves on beating their competitors and providing the best service. We signed for it and drove off believing and being told it was all set for camping. We pull in to camp and rv antifreeze comes out of the faucet and furnace starts smoking. The latch on the trailer doesn't hold the door shut and it flies open while driving. The thermostat broke and we contacted the dealership about getting a new one. No one called us back. We called again the next day and again no phone call back, so we decided to go to the manufacturer in Elkhart on the way home. (They were amazing). On the drive I googled our trailer and found the ad on Xtreme's website and on rvtrader listed for $1500 less!!! I checked the stock number and the pictures- everything matched. We were told by the owner that the one we bought was a different model, but on their own website the stock number matched and price was listed. I sent him this info and even he did not respond. At the manufacturer we found out that the battery was exchanged and instead of being a AGM or lithium, they had put in a lead acid battery in a non-vented cabinet, despite manufacturers warning label to the contrary. I do appreciate them trying to accommodate us for our time crunch but if they couldn't ensure our safety and they switch out the product to a demo Model used in trade shows; that is bad business. The good 'ol boys are fakes. Go elsewhere and get your ROG.

Now, bit of a back story... in-laws buy a used 22' pontoon boat from 150 in January 2019. Boat is in great shape! We finally get a chance this weekend to get it out on the water so we snatched the opportunity. 5 minutes after launching a warning buzzer starts going off. After troubleshooting for awhile we finally call Susie at 150 who initially tells me to bring it in but 2 mins later she calls back with word that Bud one if their mechanics is on his way to the dock. Yep, dock side service! #mindblown Bud shows up, diagnosed the water pump impeller and we loaded her up and headed to the shop. Mind you, they close at 2:00 PM and it's now 1:45 PM! We arrive and the two mechanics, including Bud, go right to work pulling the lower unit and replacing the impeller. Seriously?!?! My MIL, wife, daughter and friend all go inside for a party-like atmosphere with donuts and drinks and the lights and sound system on one of their brand new floor models in the showroom! At 2:24 PM we were on our way back to the marina to launch into a maiden voyage for my in-laws and family that was full of tubing fun, my FIL was so happy to be on the water and listening to the girls screaming and hollering while having the time of their lives! We ran the boat for about 4 hours and it never once hiccupped or had any issues! Great job 150! You guys are rock stars to me for the happiness you put into my family's weekend! Cheers! Steve Max

    After Blackbeard deleted my review on google I decided to copy/paste this on here…read more Buying my g3 sportsman was all good. My problem is the service. i had an ultrex installed. I thought everything was good but what ended up happening was they installed the trolling motor with the shaft all the way down, and when I went to raise it there was no slack, causing my cable to become cut. (Just found this out after not using the boat all last season) also the wiring on the batteries was incorrect so it wouldn't charge, they did however fix this. The little metal piece is apparently pretty sharp and should have a guard on it instead of a bare piece of metal. After the ultrex I had a livescope installed and from day one this equipment didn't work properly. It has had a double image/mirror image since day one. I had tried to get help from keystone lake Blackbeard and received zero actual help. Two things...whoever installed the cable and wrapped the cable up the trolling motor cut the wire. Then, in order to hide the mistake they wrapped the cut with electrical tape where it was secured to the shaft of the ultrex. At one point I did have keystone Blackbeard look at it after going in and complaining. The guy opens up the front compartment and the black box had apparently been bouncing around inside because the bolts weren't torqued down properly. They quickly secured the box and acted like nothing was wrong. I asked him about the double image and if the cut wire could cause this and he straight told me it wouldn't...well all the research I've done tells me otherwise. After filing an actual complaint with the company weeks ago I have yet to hear back. So now here I am and I'm literally contemplating suing them for the damages. People work hard for their money and they apparently don't have the trained professionals to handle the work load. I will never go back to have anything installed and when I upgrade my boat I will definitely be going somewhere else unless this is made right. Also, just to throw this out there...the trolling motor that came on the boat, the minn kota edge literally fell off my boat while I was cruising across the lake and it destroyed my transducer for the echomap. Obviously this wasn't directly caused by Blackbeard, but the trolling motor shouldn't even be sold on these things. (this was prior to the live scope) All around horrible experience as far as service goes.

    I would never recommend anyone to use Blackbeard marine. The service guy that deals with orders…read moresucks! They tried to tell me it takes 4 hours of labor to install graphs on a brand new boat. And the graph mounts were way over priced.

    Purchased a used boat the end of Feb 2022 from Flamingo Marine in Eufaula OK. Told me if I paid…read more$2000 extra he would go through the engine and make sure it was running and drivable. What should have been a test and tune. over 3 months later this has not happened. I paid cash for what he was asking and have received almost nothing for it. Issue 1 - Terrible communication and questionable integrity. Issue 2 - They will tell you one thing then do nothing for weeks and you will have to .hound them. Issue 3 - March they were supposed to be getting the boat ready, do a test and tune etc.. Issue 4 - April ,The battery was being ran down and they couldn't find the problem. Starter was also dragging and would barely turn the engine over. Was told they would pay for and order a new starter and weeks went by and come to find out their order was cancelled by the supplier. I was not told until I confronted them. Waited 2 weeks more, nothing... So I took the boat to my house and found the issues, bought and installed a used starter, getting the boat to finally fire off. Issue 5 - 1st week of May I went to test the engine myself. Took the boat to the water and started the motor and almost instantly started knocking. Killed it and took it back to Zac. Water was in the 4 stroke motor oil. Was told they would take care of it and make it right. They came and got the boat at my house which is near them. They took it to a mechanic / their boat parking area near them. It has sat there over 2 weeks and when I confronted them again they said they were taking it to another guy in Indianola who could get to it. As of this week it still sits in the same place and hasn't moved. It is now May 25th and I'm still waiting ......90 days and counting... No communication for a week now....
