I've had the issue addressed twice before, but it always happened again. Well Rob put an end to that. He fixed the sunroof leaking issue PERMANENTLY. He also quickly repaired the side panel of my Driver's seat and thoroughly vacuumed the leak puddles on my car floor. I'll definitely return and recommend his shop for any body work needs and towing.

I have no idea where my car is at regarding the repairs and how much longer it is going to take before it's done. I have been going there for years and they have always been very good when it comes to communication. Spent 800 to make it drivable again, also found out my resonator is still under my car so he also scammed me on top of doing a bad job. The only reason I picked Briggs to repair my car is I know the owners Chad and Brad. So it started…read moreoff good they were ahead of schedule and I was going to get my car back early. The day I was supposed to get my car back I received a message that they needed more time. That's understandable. My car was supposed to be ready on 5/31, 6/5, 6/10. I picked up on 6/10, gave it a once over it was like 90 degrees out I pointed out some things that weren't fixed or replaced. For instance my rain guards, I pointed out they were cracked and the guy argued with me and said they were like that already. I then showed them the photo I took of my car after the accident and the rain guards weren't cracked. They cracked them when they removed them. So I get driving down the road and my car is rattling like the tires aren't balanced the alignment is off like bad. I then get home and start looked at the work order and start looking at my car with a fine tooth comb. They didn't look my car over to make sure everything was done. My door wasn't aligned correctly, the roof liner wasn't installed right, the roof liner had lots of grease marks, my hatch was rattling, the weather stripping on my doors was ripped. The Wheel wasn't replaced. It still had a chunk missing from it. So in going back in fourth with the Manger Mark, I agreed to let him pick my car up and take it to service one day. Well we did this 3 more times. Mark said it was taken to the tire shop to align my car and balance the tires. To this day my front wheel makes all sorts of noise. I asked the guys if it was done and they said yes and come to find out from Mark it was never done so they lied. Oh in order for my car to be fixed for the third time I had to argue with mark to get me a rental car. He refused until they started work on it, then he decided he needed to get me in a rental. Oh and I went over my rental car allotment so I'm still dealing with that they got an invoice from enterprise in Belmont and they turned it down. Did they once think to contact me about it ? No and neither did the enterprise rental car in Belmont. It's now September, I just received a collections email for the rental car. While I'm at it National General is the worst insurance company to work with down to the adjusters. They did fix most of the issues but it only took them 3 months. I dropped off my car on 4/30/2024 and received it on 7/1/2024 after all of the back and fourth. This should have never happed and now I'm stuck with a $200 bill from enterprise that should have never been my responsibility in the first place. Had they fixed my car right the first time. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy and I would never go back.

Zero stars PLEASE DO NOT use this mechanic !! Larry came…read moreout to repair my son's VW Jetta. Initially, seemed like he did as he said because car was back running. However .... he charged near $750 to replace fuel pump & 02 sensor but refused to provide an invoice of any kind, receipt for parts or record of a diagnostic report we paid $50 for ,that fee was to go toward repair, but he never applied the fee to repair! Worst of all is .. this "new" fuel pump failed just a few months later! If it was actually replaced it would be under warranty. I reached out to him & recently (finally!) he provided some Amazon receipt ( with parts totaling $92 / he charged me almost $300 for ) BUT those parts do NOT match as a fit for my son's year and model Jetta .... nor does that "Amazon" misfit match up as the fuel pump that was just removed & replaced ( w legit receipts proof of w old part physically removed & new parts with receipts ).. this was done by another legit mechanic !!! Larry stated once he received wrong fitting fuel pump initially, but could not provide receipt for the correct parts being ordered/ received. ??? Asking a mechanic to provide an invoice & receipt was is reasonable & an expected request !! Larry acted like I was crazy & disrespectful to even ask ! Like what ???? We had problems over past few months , like mentioned above fuel pump then recently completely failed . Turns out after a proper licensed mechanic did real diagnostics they determined neither part we paid was ever actually EVER replaced ! He simply used relay to get failing pump to function short term ! Our latest legit mechanic can testify he recently removed ORIGINAL pump. We have now replaced both parts . Larry did not ,but charged us for these parts and labor. He also seems he caused more issues by messing with rigging relay ! Idk , but in a nutshell, Larry stopped replying to me , refused to provide receipts for any such fitting parts / warranties , diagnostic report ... just plain refused to provide any type of invoice or attempt to do anything to make this right at all. I gave him numerous chances to provide receipts & come out & rectify /repair. He stopped responding. I have reported him to BBB. Please don't let this happen to you!! It's costing us more money, time & headache :-0 Just another FYI, according to our legit mechanic Larry also overcharged for us what he didn't even do. Unbelievable !!
