It's an indoor playground where your children are safe and have plenty of room to explore and just be kids. It's cleaner than most public parks and you don't have to worry about the environment or uncertainties of weather conditions. The establishment has comfortable seating while you wait for your children to play. Of course you have restrooms close by if needed. The Staff is always friendly and very welcoming. Staff is constantly monitoring the playground to ensure that all children are safe and following rules. The Staff works hard to keep an eye out on the children in all parts of the playground. They certainly take their time to make you feel welcomed and invited. I highly recommend if you have children under the age of 10 to bring them here so they can have tons of fun. They do offer a snack bar with yummy treats such as freshly made popcorn, chips, a variety of candies, cotton candy, soft drinks, bottle water, Powerade, ice cream and even nachos. With so much more to enjoy.

My son was even cut going down one of the water slides, which was extremely concerning. There were hornet nests inside the water play jungle gym area, holes in the flooring that weren't clearly visible where another child got hurt, visible rust throughout the water areas, and the water itself looked dirty and green. Overall, it did not feel safe or properly maintained, especially for children. The only positive was that our palapa was already reserved and the kids still managed to have fun, but unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Also when telling their managers they would rather side with a teenager than to side with a customer. The manager couldnt even form a sentence without stuttering knowing that him confronting me in front of all the people coming in the park was wrong. Than mentioning that he owned the park like us leaving by authorities would be the final resolution. I will be filing a complaint with the city because for a family park they should have a bit more concern for the families here than for the employees.
