We happened upon this place by accident while trying to fill some time. When we arrived there was no one jumping yet they didn't hesitate to open up the play area and inflate all of the inflatables for my kids to jump. The staff was very attentive and the place was clean. They have a good assortment of inflatables that include a few with slides. They had two staff members watching the play area at all times. I booked a party a month ahead for Sunday December 17th 2017, called several times to confirm details with managers. Was assured all would be great especially since it was not cheap to book the facility. A couple of days before event we confirmed time we could arrive to prepare for party, time changed, they only gave us 30 minutes, of course this was after we'd paid over $700.00 towards the party, not good. We showed up to find a party still going on, got excuse after excuse. This was so embarrassing to have people arriving for a party to find us picking up a broom to try and help clean up their facility. We paid for a dress up character, guess what, another excuse for not having the costume, so be prepared to settle for whatever they want to give you... I did all the work while 4 employees gathered in the kitchen watching one employee make lemonade, we ran out of drinks and had to keep asking and asking before they finally brought the other pitchers out. Very unorganized, adults and kids were already eating by the time they came out to serve the kids. Everything ran behind schedule, very, very horrible experience for a child's birthday party. I would highly recommend that you save your money and mental anguish and go somewhere else. No responsible adults/managers to oversee and insure you get what you pay for and not an enjoyable experience for anyone.
